I made a service call late at night and the service tech Dominque arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. He stayed late into the night and early into the morning without complaint. We have been members with On Time Experts for a long time. So when we started having AC troubles, we called them to come out. George & Cody showed up ON TIME!!! They were very professional, helpful, and competent. They checked out the entire system, they took lots of pictures of our units, and guided us through our options to fix the problem. We most likely will have to install a new system, but the nice thing was that we were able to have a video call with the sales guy Brad. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking at, with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor, got info for our tax rebate, and talked us through the finance options. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

The two guys that showed up today were amazing! They walked me through everything they were doing, and it was so much more than I expected. My system was crazy dirty, and they cleaned everything! The staff was so easy to work with. The plumbers were about to explain exactly what was needed and provide a timeline for repair. We had a great experience with the technician coming in and diagnosing the problem with our water heater, she was quick and efficient. Only thing I would caution others on is the pricing, the quote to replace our water heater was DOUBLE from several other companies in the area. We ended up not going with this company- so just beware of pricing and get multiple quotes

Bernie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He showed me step-by-step the work he was doing and allowed me to see his level of detail and excellence in taking care of my units. Dominique was very polite, professional, kind and very informative. Showed us photos of the issues in our upstairs AC unit. Stayed for three hours and walked us through everything. We will be asking for him when we call for another appointment. My husband is a veteran, so no contract is needed which we loved. On Time offered same day service and excellent recognition of Veterans. I selected them for a plumbing problem and received service that afternoon. Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

Barry (spelling?) was fantastic! Very professional and courteous. He diagnosed what the problem was very quickly and explained everything in a manor that made me feel comfortable and good about what was going on. The repair was made quickly but there was a bigger problem that required more coolant than he had, he had to come back but fixed it quickly two days later.
And since I am a monthly member it didn't cost me a dime, even though he had to put in a total of 9 lbs of coolant. He was exceptional and deserves high praises for his professionalism and courteousy.

I just had an awesome service call! Justin is very knowledgeable and he was empathetic to my concerns and the issue with my A/C unit. Justin quickly identified the reason why my unit was not producing cool air. He explained the issue, showed me pictures and went over what is required to fix my ac unit. I'm so glad I called this company today and thankful that I signed up for their membership package. I can tell that Justin is passionate about his career and work. On Time experts showed up within a couple of hours of my call, analyzed the problem and resolved a major issue in a reasonable amount of time. Although they could not resolve the problem immediately, they stayed on it and communicated with me often, keeping me informed. Clint was the technician who came out and resolved my issue. He was competent, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

They arrived quickly and did everything possible to resolve the HVAC issue immediately. Gabe was both pleasant and professional. This is an update to my original review: What started out as a reasonably straight forward repair turned into a repair nightmare. Apparently the replacement motor that was installed was defective and burned up a number of components all through the system.
It took 4 days and countless hours of labor by George, Fabian, and Gilbert but they got everything back in order and running perfectly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their dedication and dealing with a cranky (overheated) old man to boot. My 5 star rating still holds. Thanks!

My father in laws AC unit went out and I just want to say this company went above and beyond. Joey the tech was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Joey stepped up and made sure to get my elderly father in law a portable unit so he wouldn't be uncomfortable. My husband and I own a Roofing and Construction company and have our own contractors that we use for HVAC issue when roofing however I have been so impressed the On Time Experts that I called them and have been pleased with their service. On Tine Experts calls me when it's time for a check up on our units and reminds me 2 times a year. Wow their customer service is way above and beyond.
