I made a service call late at night and the service tech Dominque arrived promptly and was knowledgeable. He stayed late into the night and early into the morning without complaint. We have been members with On Time Experts for a long time. So when we started having AC troubles, we called them to come out. George & Cody showed up ON TIME!!! They were very professional, helpful, and competent. They checked out the entire system, they took lots of pictures of our units, and guided us through our options to fix the problem. We most likely will have to install a new system, but the nice thing was that we were able to have a video call with the sales guy Brad.
He was able to show us exactly what we were looking at, with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor, got info for our tax rebate, and talked us through the finance options. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

The two guys that showed up today were amazing! They walked me through everything they were doing, and it was so much more than I expected. My system was crazy dirty, and they cleaned everything! They even went above and beyond with a few questions I had that were out of scope. Totally the best these guys are my go-to forever!!!

The staff was so easy to work with. The plumbers were about to explain exactly what was needed and provide a timeline for repair.
