If you're thinking about getting your kitchen remodeled, I highly recommend Assembly Squad. They did an amazing job in my kitchen, and I can't believe how much better it looks now. The team was easy to work with, and they were always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They were also very respectful of my home, and they kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. I'm very happy with the outcome, and I would definitely use them again in the future

We recommend working with Assembly Squad. This is our second time using them with successful results. They worked with me as a homeowner and my general contractor to assemble and install our Ikea cabinets. They are professional, experienced, knowledgable IKEA assemblers and installers. Their installers pay attention to the details. Both times we installed Voxtorp matte white cabinets with Maximera boxes.
This time we installed in a newly constructed coach house. Viktor and Tim were open to working with our general contractor to ensure the finished product met our vision. As a customer, be prepared to have your materials in order and in the space on time. They have seen it all, so they can anticipate issues given enough lead time. We did have to go back and forth with IKEA once to exchange and acquire a few pieces, and in the end we had some extra parts to return - nothing we didn't anticipate. IKEA made it easy to make the returns and exchanges.
As a homeowner choosing to go this route, make sure you have time to pay attention to the massive inventory of parts. For me, it helped to have a general contractor who was willing to keep an eye on the best way to provide a finished look (especially if you are also installing counters, tiles, appliances that are not IKEA, as we did).

Assembly Squad installed my Ikea kitchen and added a tile backsplash. The owners responded promptly to my requests and the men on the crew were extremely professional and personable. In fact, my grandkids miss Mr. Tony and Mr. Melvin and want me to have more work done! I definitely recommend Assembly Squad and will call them in the future. We absolutely love our new kitchen!

When my husband and I bought our condo, we knew we wanted to remodel the kitchen. After obtaining multiple bids, a colleague suggested Assembly Squad. I was impressed by their pricing and responsiveness. I never thought I'd have an IKEA kitchen, but I am blown away by the quality and the craftsmanship of the team doing the work. The pictures speak for themselves! We wholeheartedly recommend Assembly Squad and would use them again for future projects.

I had a terrific experience with Assembly Squad! From beginning to end, they were fast to respond, professional in their workmanship and detail-oriented. We needed to completely update the kitchen in our vintage condo. Everything need to be removed (including three layers of flooring) and all new flooring, cabinets, appliances, tile and lighting needed to be installed.
While much was handled over the phone (helpful during this 2nd COVID summer/fall), when it was important to visit the space, Tim was always available -- and very closely evaluated the space, design, plans, schedule. All of the subcontractors were timely, pleasant, respectful of others in the building and very good at what they do! The project moved along steadily and was completed on time (with the exception of a few delayed Ikea items -- which were installed promptly when available).
Any questions or concerns during the project were promptly handled. I never thought I would enjoy the process, but I did. Kudos to Assembly Squad and their crew! (And a shout-out, too, to Melinda of Flat Pack Kitchen Design for her very valuable input!)

Everyone I communicated with and met from Assembly Squad was lovely to deal with. My kitchen looks great. There were unforeseen complications with my remodel and Assembly Squad was very accommodating regarding rescheduling my kitchen's completion. They were friendly, kept a clean work space and were quick to propose creative solutions when presented with unexpected challenges (which my crooked apartment constantly presents). Thank-you!

Wow - these guys are great. They are smart, skilled and fast. There were a few (very few) hiccups along the way and Viktor, the company owner did his utmost to sort them out - and hey its construction! The team actually doing the building was phenomenal. Another fellow named Victor was the foreman and lead builder and what a talented perfectionist he is. Great experience. (photo note: kitchen is still not painted)

Assembly Squad did a beautiful job installing my Ikea / Semihandmade kitchen. Victor and Viktor made the whole process a breeze. They were very professional, communicative and answered all of my questions. The crew was on time each day, and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I'm in love with my new kitchen. Highly recommend Assembly Squad! In fact, I'll be hiring them again to install my built-in bar in the near future.

I have had Assembly Squad do 2 of my IKEA kitchens now. I will never use anyone else. They are a winning team. Angel is tireless and helpful and always has creative solutions. Tim is the best.he is fast and clever and has made extra runs for small missing pieces or come up with solutions. I can't say enough positive things about them. What would have taken my husband months to install Tim does in 3 days.

Assembly Squad Chicago was a very reliable service provider. They arrived on time, performed as requested and were quite agreeable and pleasant all around. They completed assembly and installation of 10 IKEA desks and 10 bookcases all in the same day. I would certainly recommend them to others.
