We replaced all windows in our house including a big frame picture window with All American Exteriors, after quoting with big companies like home depot and lowes, we had no doubt we got the right company. They are better quality windows, cheaper and timeline to install was incredible, within less than 6 weeks we had everything done. I couldn't more highly recommend this company. Everyone from Greg (owner) to the installers to the clean up crew was friendly and easy to work with. We replaced 11 single pane windows with impact resistant low-E windows and we are very happy. Going with a smaller business you get that personal touch, top rate service, and rapid response time. Greg has been doing it for a long time and he doesn't pressure or upsell you. If you are looking to replace some outdated, ugly, inefficient doors and/or windows and decide to replace them, call this place.

Met with Greg (owner) after getting quotes from the local well known companies including the one that manufactures their own in a local factory. Most of the sales guys did not really know specifics on their window but how their competitors were not good. That does not work for me. Called Greg, he came right out, met with my husband, went over options, measured and gave us a quote the next day.
My husband called him with questions and he was willing to match another quote. He came over, did the contract and put a guaranteed completion date of September (and would pay us if delayed). What a surprise--he called us just a month or so after the contract, the windows were in, had them delivered and the installer was here the next day. He completed the job in one day and did a great job.
The city inspector came out and was impressed with the quality PGT windows and how the installer secured the windows. It was finished nicely (caulk, etc.). The inspector gave it a pass right away. I read nightmare reviews about window installs and I can tell you that Greg and is team were awesome and finished 2 months early. Thanks, Greg and Carina B.

We had wanted to replace all the old windows in our newly purchased home. Greg responded quickly to our request, and came out to our home to take measurements and gave us a fair estimate. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Within a month, we had installers at our home installing our beautiful, energy efficient windows. We used All-American almost ten years ago to replace every outdated window in our house and I was nothing but impressed with the company. I most recently needed screens measured and ordered for a new house purchase and All-American was the first company I thought of. Greg came right out and measured everything. Within two weeks I had new screens. I highly recommend this company for all your window needs. Professional, prompt, and customer service is top notch.
