Working with Overhead Door Company was a hassle-free experience. We like that :) The original measurement guy wasn't very friendly but that was the only negative. Otherwise, they were prompt with the estimate, but not aggressive in their follow-up. Also, they were on target with their install date (so rare with contractors!) And the install crew of 2 guys were friendly and hard working. Such a great experience!

Our garage door opener was as old as the house, failing to open at the most in convenient times, we were calling the company frequently, the mechanic from the Overhead Door Company did a wonderful job, he removed the old opener, fixed a new one promptly. He removed all traces of the old opener and left the work space neat and tidy. He also programmed all our remotes.

For over a year my wife and I have been having trouble with one of our garage doors. We had one other garage door company come out with no success. This week I decided to try Overhead Door. I called today when my kids accidentally locked the garage door and then tried to open it later using the electronic opener. It went off track and slightly bent the frame, leaving the door partway open/unattached. The 24 hr emergency repair phone line was on their website. I had a small glitch in reaching them the first time, but they were super responsive within a few minutes as they found out about it, and had a tech out to repair our door the same morning. Derrick had the entire thing fixed and back in perfect working condition within 20 minutes, and even changed it so my kids couldn't accidentally do the same thing again. What an awesome experience and so amazingly fast! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again. Gave us a lot of peace of mind to have same day service.

Excellent service and customer care. I called them on Sunday, their technician came Monday, fixed the garage door and replaced the remote control immediately. I called them later that day because the sensor stopped working, within half hour Bill the technician showed up and fixed it for me. Their professional attitude and straightforward pricing were impeccable.

Sam was absolutely fabulous. When he first arrived, he thought he was going to have to order a product and then return in two weeks to fix our garage door. But after making a call to his company, he found he had the equipment needed to complete the job. Approximately two hours later, the job was complete. Sam was not only very competent in his area of expertise but was also very thoughtful, patient and kind.
