This company had to go above and beyond for several months and a lot of time and expense to themselves to help me fight the insurance company for a new roof. I would recommend them solely for that reason, but they also installed a high quality roof at a competitive price that I am thoroughly satisfied with. I don't usually do reviews, but they are truly a company to be recommended and do business with.

I had a great experience with Martin Roofing, for replacement of my roof that was damaged by hail this year in Austin, Tx. Jacob made the process as easy as possible by helping me file the insurance claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. He was incredibly professional, informative, easy to work with, very timely in responding to any questions, and very thorough with the explanation of the process. They were flexible to my scheduling needs, and the new roof looks great.

A few weeks after a recent hail storm, 3 guys from Martin Roofing knocked on my door and offered to check my 21 year old roof for damage. I had procratinated to get it checked, but these guys were on my roof in minutes. Before they left, they had contacted my insurance company and started a claim. The next day, an adjuster was here to verify their findings.
A week later, Martin was on my roof in 103 degree heat! The job was finished in 2 days. All I had to do was sit and watch. The Martin team are young, consummate professionals, easy to trust, and deliver exactly what they promise. I most highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Great job, guy!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Worked with my insurance company to ensure all paperwork was completed expeditiously. Answered all insurance company questions completely and maximized the amount of damage that could be covered by my insurance. Quality company. Work crew showed up on time, removed all existing shingles, repaired moisture damaged roof sections, installed all new shingles, and completed clean up well within the estimated time.
Clean up included sweeping flower beds and grass with magnets to collect stray nails and screws intrinsic to any roof installation. Highly recommend using this company if you have the opportunity to do so.
