BIONIC was a very professional company to deal with. After mild water damage in our town home, we contacted water damage pro. They arrived within a few hours of my call and the two gentlemen worked fast and professionally to make sure the damage was kept in control. We proceeded to use the company for the rebuild portion and couldn't have been happier.
The job was done so professionally. There was never a mess and the workers were very respectful of my situation with two small children at home. Over all the price to fix the damage was high, however the work and professionalism made the price worth it.

My husband and I just move to Texas from Iowa. We were unable to move down after closing due to my husband's work schedule. When we arrive the house had water damage to the entire front guest room. It even leaked outside into the garage and by there front walkway. We called Best Choice Plumbing and they recommended Bionic to us. We were told that water mitigation was recommended right away to reduce further damage to our home. Sheldon came to the house around 10 pm.
He worked into the hours of the morning while we stayed at a hotel. (He even recommended sending hotel invoice to insurance because they may cover it). He removed the flooring and drywall that was affected. It took 3 days of having dryers and dehumidifiers to get it dried up to an acceptable humidity level. I hope to never have another water emergency like this but if we do, we will definitely use Bionic.

This company truly cares about its people and the community. They take their job seriously, and are responsive and passionate about getting the job done and done right. Having a pipe burst in your home is probably one of the worst feelings next to watching your house flood from a storm. And this company came to our rescue. This not only restored our home but our emotional breakdown from a bad experience.
As if that wasn't good enough this company also gives back to the community in various capacities. We would definitely recommend them to anyone with a water leak or fire damage to their home.

Every serviceman that spent time at our home was clean, friendly, knowledgeable. and made us feel as though they really do care about our terrible situation and getting us back to normal as soon as possible. I would NEVER call another Water Damage company. My Insurer tried to intimidate me into using their "preferred contractor" who had previously worked for us when the house flooded last year.
It was a massive train wreck and they cut every corner they possibly could. It was obvious they had my Insurer's best interest at heart and not mine. When I complained to the Texas Department of Insurance I was told that it was illegal for them to push a vendor on me. I'm so pleased as things went SO much better with BIONIC putting my needs and interests first.

In our office the pouring rain came in again. The same spot was molding and causing health issues. I had contact several places and all were giving me the run around. They came out quickly and kept a good communication with me. Eric Ferguson was the Tech and sales person that took care of my care. He was very honest and had all the certifications.
Out of three companies that came out I felt he was the most knowledgeable. They were not the cheapest which was fine because I wanted the problem to be done right. He came out and did exactly what he promised and did not nickel and dime us to death. Eric even made sure the area was cleaned up and was thoughtful of our time.
