We will be calling Your New Door for any door needs we have in the future. They were quick to contact us, give transparent estimates on a variety of options, scheduled quickly, showed up early and even provided a referral for some work that they don't do. Their technician, Matt, was all over our issue fixing it quickly, noting a few other issues while he did his work, and quickly and efficiently addressed those as well. Just had my door frame replaced after the old one was rotting out on the bottom. Braedon and Zakk came out and efficiently got the old frame removed showed me the damage and lack of protection on the old frame. Put in a new frame and made sure all hardware still worked. New weather stripping across door and frame. Amazing job. Was very happy.

Braedon and Matt arrived today and had our old entryway removed and the new entry door and side panels installed in about 2 1/2 hours once they had the new entryway in place and fitting perfectly. Chris, the painter/detailer arrived and completed all of the detailed work that has us loving our new entry. Thanks for delivering the product and the service promised. We could not be happier.

Efficient, great service, and fast! I contacted Your New Door over the weekend while closed, and they returned my message first thing Monday morning. We were able to get a consultation in same day, and repairs done to a door frame next day. The on-site team, Payton & Zakk, were professional, friendly, and got the job done in about an hour when I was initially quoted 3-4. Happy with the quality of work. The door and frame finally look normal!

Had great service from Your New Door. They sent Payton, Zakk and Trae and those guys hit the ground running. In no time they were done with the repairs and were on their way. I needed a door alignment on our back door and the process was incredibly easy and FAST! They sent Jason and Romeo out the next day. They fixed the door in minutes! The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and great conversationalists. I can't say enough about how great the service was.

I had called DFW Door Repair to come and fix my doors that had been replaced by another company. They were offset and had spacing in between them and just did not look good. Brian and both Michael's were excellent! They came in and actually fixed up the framing of the door which got rid of the spacing. From now on I will only have this company come and do any door work.

Amazing service! 10/10 recommend! From the initial phone call to the final install everything is top-notch and service focused! Brian and the install team helped my dream of turning a single patio door with two side windows into one entire sliding door! They were all so friendly and paid attention to detail! It was an amazing experience and I love my new door! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Billy delivered the door I bought, a standard 8-foot piece that required trimming to fit my doorway. We enlisted their help to stain it, too. They promptly delivered and installed it, and the result is fantastic—we're thrilled with it! Their professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout, and they did an excellent job at a fair price. Much appreciated!
