They were flexible with our timeline. We asked for the new door to be put in on a specific day, and this is what happened. It worked perfectly and left no sign that a new door had been installed. We all felt this company should be known. And we will use them for our next garage door project. Thanx!

I called in the morning and by that afternoon my door was fixed. The technician John was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And as a bonus, the young woman answering the phone who also called after the job was done to check on my satisfaction with the work done, was very nice, very pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair. Carol Wold

Just had my garage door opener replaced. Called or texted several companies and Veteran's garage door was rated the highest of all the companies listed or called. Their tech's name was Martin and he was thorough and friendly. He did a great job and replaced the entire unit including the track in about an hour.
Called on Wednesday and he was out by 10:00 on the next day. The earliest anyone else I talked to could get out was Saturday.
Great and fast service! Surprised that when I asked for estimates veterans was also the cheapest. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable service. I will definitely use them in the future.

My 79 year old aunt somehow threw our garage door off track. I called VGDR on a Sunday and they sent someone out within the 2 hours. This would be our 3rd time using them and we will continue to in the future. Thank you, CJ and Nick, for coming out promptly and correcting the issue.

Veteran Garage Door Repair's emergency repair was excellent. There were drums and loose cables everywhere. After detailing and showing me the problem, the technician quickly proceeded to work. He also offered me a deal, and everything was fine again in less than an hour. Michael and his group are competent. Professional, honest garage door servicing.

I had Veterans come out to fix a broken spring. The Tech (Nick) called and let me know he will be here in 30 min and was on time. There was no charge for him to look over the broken spring - he got here looked it over and quoted a very fair price. Suggested a few things but not pushy at all. He completed the repair and the total price was what he said. Very professional and highly recommended!

JT was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he come out just a few minutes after I had called to schedule an appointment - on the same day as the snowstorm was moving in - but the price he quoted was fair. He had my door fixed in half an hour. Highly recommend this company!

I needed to finish a couple of little but essential jobs right away. When I called, a repairman came out that same afternoon. First, he installed cross-bracing on my door opener casing. In addition, I needed a new seal installed at the base of my garage door. He got the right materials and finished the job the next day. Prices are fair, work is nice, and the staff is friendly. Without hesitation, I'd give him a ring again.

This garage door company fixed our broken garage door. It started to open but froze after rising just halfway. We closed and reopened it, but nothing changed. We were delighted the technician was skilled. He was aware of what was going on. He knew where to look and resolved the issue. I give veteran garage door repair 5 stars!

I called Veteran Garage based in google reviews. many 5 stars. I scheduled, they came on time. They identified problem with my garage door, never tried to "upsell" anything, in fact they talked me out of buying new motor until the one i have dies. I was really impressed with the level of honesty and transparency. They tuned up rails and wheels. I will be calling them when I need any garage service and will recommend to friends and family. 5 star service very much appreciated!

Theses guys know service. Called Keller office and had someone out the next day. Trent called me to see if I could meet with him a little early, don't remember if that has ever happened with a service company. Trent knows his business and took care of me. I would recommend Veteran to any one looking for a service company.
