Garage Door Repair
Veteran Garage Door is your go-to for full-service repairs on residential and small commercial garage doors and openers. The following examples highlight our repair and service offerings. Please keep in mind, this list is not exhaustive. If your garage door or opener needs attention, give us a call to schedule an appointment.
Spring Replacement
When our certified technician arrives at your home, they will weigh the garage door and note its height. Using this information, they will calculate the IPPT and provide you with spring options suitable for your garage door. These options will include the warranty length based on the rated life cycle of the springs, as well as the total job cost including tax and labor. Once you've decided on the springs based on the technician's recommendations, they will proceed with the installation following industry standards. After installing the springs, the technician will perform a balance check to ensure proper functioning of the garage door. We only install torsion spring systems due to their superior safety and reliability compared to older extension spring systems.
Opener Installation
Choose Veteran Garage Door for expert repair, servicing, and installation of garage door openers including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and others. We have expertise in Chain Drive, Belt Drive, Screw Drive, and Wall Mount (Direct Drive / Jackshaft) systems. As a reputable local business, we recommend LiftMaster for new residential and commercial garage door openers, known for its reliability and outstanding warranty and technical support.

Jovani was our tech and he was efficient, excellent with communication, and very professional. I got quotes from 3 different local, highly-rated companies in DFW and by far was Veterans the organization that was the most detailed oriented and thorough while also having the best price point. Thanks Jovani for your help!

I appreciated that veteran garage door repair could fix our door the same day we called. Before he came, Technician called to make sure it was still a good time for me. He made it clear what needed fixing and did so in a good way. I was happy with how he ran things and how much I paid for them. Will contact this company again.

Veterans serviced our garage door in a timely fashion with a fair price. Our technician Cameron is very knowledgeable and sorted out our problem in no time. Another local company wanted over $300 for just an estimate. This will be my go to garage door company from now on.

Cameron crushed it. I was at the end of my rope with our garage door binding and unable to open or close properly. He showed up (even came early), assessed the issue, was able to explain and demonstrate what was wrong clearly, and fixed it in under 2 hours. Hindsight being what it is, I wished I'd called these guys a lot sooner

When finished, the tech rebuilt one bracket and inserted sheet metal screws for free. Excellent service for the cost! I hope their business has been doing well for a long time. Although I haven't had any work completed yet I wanted to leave a positive review for their excellent customer service. When I called to schedule the consult whoever answered was very friendly and was able to get me an appointment just a few hours later. Andy D. came out to do a thorough estimate and spent plenty of time here taking pictures and explaining the process to me, along with the estimate and other options. I'm confident that once I decide on a door they'll do a fantastic job, I can tell they pride themselves on making their customers happy and that's very reassuring.

I asked assistance from Veteran because my overhead garage door refused to close all the way. I was happy with their quick response. Their technician needed to adjust the close-limit switch to repair the problem and it worked. I can't wait to tell my friends about my pleasant garage door repair experience with this company.
