Spring Replacement
Our certified technician will arrive at your home, measure your garage doors weight and height, and calculate the IPPT. After you choose the spring option that works for you, the technician will install the springs according to industry standards. After installation, the technician will conduct a balance check to ensure proper operation. We exclusively install torsion springs, as they are safer and more reliable than older extension systems.

Changed broken spring, lubricated all points tested all operations and asked if there were any questions and asked if there was anything else he could help with. Very good experience. VGD did an outstanding job on my garage door recently. We needed a quick fix after an accidental bang from the roof of my truck. We thought we needed a whole new replacement, however, Randell fixed it, and got it back on track in an hour. Highly recommend Randall and VGD for any repair. Quick, fast, and with affordable pricing. This repair was on Sarurday which made it extremely convenient.

I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement, because the "other guy" told me that was what was needed. This angel from heaven itself shows up and assures me he can fix it for pennies on the dollar of the previous quote. Let's be crystal clear, I WAS PREPARED TO SPEND THOUSANDS, and he has my old door working better than it ever has, for literally pennies on the dollar of what I worked OT to pay for. If you want hard working honest labor, call these guys. They are 2nd to none. Thank you.

I really liked using this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Our technician Josh was good at communicating and very swift with repairs. He was in and out in 30 minutes. We replaced my broken spring and I got some new wheels for the track. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was honest about The condition of my garage. Literally one minute after he left, customer service called me to make sure everything was great. That is fantastic service and I highly recommend.

Today I called Veterans Garage Door this afternoon and Jordan came at his earliest convenience. I was very pleased. He diagnosed the problem after me saying a few words about the issue. He knows his business. Jordan was friendly, kind, and professional. He repaired the garage door under an hour's time. WOW! It reminds of the oil changing commercial. Lol. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage work. Also, for veterans, the company gives a 10% discount. Everything helps. The office staff was polite and courteous. Give the company a call.
