Bobby and his team are great! I live out of state and they make it very easy to do business from across the country. They provided photos and videos, and their communication is top notch. The pool heater at our vacation rental stopped working and they were able to quickly assess the issue and get everything back on track. They even noticed some other issues that had been missed. I definitely recommend them for anyone local and especially to any out of state vacation rental owners!

Bobby is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, and just a genuine caring guy. These are not words I just throw around, but he is among the few that will earn them from you too. He truly will take care of you and your needs. I have used other pool companies in the past and the experience is night and day. in fact, when Bobby came out he spotted the crummy work of the other company and fixed it for free.
I will never use anyone but Bobby again. I don't generally write reviews, but had to after dealing with them. There are not enough nice things I can say to make anyone fully comprehend just have above and beyond Bobby is.

FINALLY! A pool company that communicates, listens and provides exceptional customer service to its clients. I was hesitant to refurbish my pool, but the Pool Repair Guys expertise and recommendations made me decide to go for it. I do not regret it whatsoever. I love my new pool and my kids LOVE the new heating system that Bobbie installed. If Google had a 10 star scoring system, Id give the Pool Repair Guy an 11.

Our pool was looking tired and the bottom was rough. We had decided it was time to refinish it. I was at my neighbors house and looking at their pool I asked them if they had it redone as it really looked nice. They said that they had it redone about 5 years ago by The Pool Repair Guy and they highly recommended him. I got the number and called. Bobby responded very quickly and was out to our house with samples within a couple days.
He explained the process and was helpful with suggestions to keep us within our budget, definitely did not try to up sell us on anything. We scheduled the job and it was around a week from Bobby's visit. His crews were friendly and efficient. Bobby Personally came out for the startup and told us about filling out a form for the water so we would get credit from the water bill.
Fast forward about 3 weeks and my 20 year old pool pump started getting noisy. I texted Bobby on Tuesday and he gave us a price. I asked him to go ahead and schedule it. He said how about Thursday, I said great. His guy arrived Thursday afternoon and got it done quickly. He also was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use him again.

My pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Bobby responded promptly and had the new pump installed the next morning. He is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a pool repair in Kissimmee and surrounding area. They are by far the best company I have used to repair our pool. Bobby Cant, the Pool Repair Guy, and his team just finished resurfacing our residential pool. The pool was 23 years old and was beginning to show its age. They completely stripped the old surface, removed the old tile boarder, prepped the surface, re-tiled the boarder, repaired the damaged areas, and resurfaced the entire pool. The work was excellent!
The workers were diligent. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra care at every step. They finished in less than a week. Bobby then visited to regulate the chemical balance and insured the curing process was completed. He included a 10 year guarantee on his teams workmanship and the product applied carries a 5 year guarantee. Because of age my pool light housing needed replacement, I chose the pool repair guy because they were the most affordable and reliable and I am grateful I did. Bobby was so great. I called on a Sunday and got a respectful business voicemail. Within an hour Bobby texted me that he was on a job, but because it was an emergency (to me) he gave me helpful advice throughout the afternoon to help me troubleshoot my problem via text. He asked nothing in return. He has won my business here on out. How can you put a dollar figure on a person who truly cares about his craft?
If I could give more than 5 stars to this business I would. I also expect at this level of customer service he should be charging above his competitors (I should know, I called 5 other companies who have yet to call me back.).

I found this company to be friendly, professional and very fair in their pricing. After shopping several local pool companies, we chose The Pool Repair Guy to do the complete replacement of our filter/pump system and pool light based on their estimates and willingness to provide many options. We're very happy with the equipment and the installation was excellent. Will definitely call them for any future repairs.

Bobby is amazing, I had to puchase a new pool pump and a new pool heater for my home in Davenport. I was so worried that my pool would start to go green I phoned a couple of companies within polk county and they wanted to charge me the earth, being in England its a very stressful time when something goes wrong on your property in florida, then I called Bobby he talked me through the whole process, hes so helpful, efficient, professional, takes photos and sends them too you of the job when its finished.

What a great experience with this company! Bobby gave me options with varying prices to fit our budget and what we wanted to do with our pool automation system! Service was done while we were away on vacation and Bobby made sure I was updated with everything that was going on. He then also came back to make sure I understood everything. We will be using him for our repairs in the future!

Very reliable company with reasonable price and great customer service! I have a vacation home in FL and had a communication issue with my property management company. Had to call Bobby for a solution for the pool pump. He offered us a great service with reasonable price to the pool pump when I gave a short notice. Job was done first with photos and invoice to be sent for the payment. We are very happy with Bobby and recommend anyone to try them before you go for others.

I discovered that my pool pump went out when i got home after work. I had my pool resurfaced 2 years ago by Bobby, so i already knew who to call for the best service. It was after 6pm so I expected that I would have to leave a message. Bobby answered the phone and knew exactly what I needed and quoted the price. They came the very next morning and installed the new pump. I am very satisfied and always recommend this company to everyone.
