I gave Chem Dry a 5 star rating. First I called them because I spilled Old English on our living room carpet. I made a terrible stain. When I called Lynn was so accommodating to my schedule. Paul came in and worked on the stain first. He felt that he could not get it out. He continued to clean the family room carpet. After he finished cleaning he ask if since he had the equipment he wanted to try the spot again.

To my surprise it came right out. He did a fantastic job and explained his other services. Paul was so professional and genuine. I highly recommend Chem Dry. Christine D. North Mankato

Lynn was great to schedule with, and was able to be flexible with the time of the cleaning, and Paul did an amazing job cleaning my sons area rug and my soon to be babies nursery.

We used ChemDry by Rynearson last year for our basement carpet. The carpet smelled like musty dirty socks. Paul came out and did a fantastic job and the odor and dirt were gone. We were so pleased that this year we asked Lynn to come out and clean and polish our hard wood floors. So many years of dirt in the hardwood but their clean and polish breathed new life into our floors. Lynn and Paul are professional and have great customer service.
