Jim came in and I gave him a very challenging. He took his time, described problem areas that needed extra care and got permission to proceed, I was aware of the price upfront, and he was very professional. The house smells wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend this service over conventional cleaning services. Having less water saturating my carpets, and the faster dry time is awesome. I am very pleased! Jim and ChemDry has saved me from a mess that occured in my home. Soot from the vents coated every surface, floor and furnishing. They came in to shampoo & clean my carpets and furniture along with my efforts to clean my entire home. I had carpet stains - they are gone now. Thank you! ChemDry of LaSalle county does an excellent job. Service is five stars. Jim and Toni are efficient and fast. What I love most is that my carpets dry so quickly. I appreciate the special urine treatment too as I have a couple of naughty dogs who aim for the only carpet in my house.

Jim + team's services are well worth it - I am a return customer. My carpets and couch are so fresh and stains are removed, and the basement concrete deep clean worked wonders. Our baby plays on the carpets and I love that the products don't irritate his skin or our cat's asthma.

Jim and his Wife Toni arrived on schedule with all necessary equipment, did a very thorough job, carpets were dry in about an hour and a half and looked like new, in spite of being 14 years old, 1st time cleaned.

The carpet looks almost as good as they did when they were put in. It seemed to take longer than what I thought it should, but for what they did while they were here I see why. I will use them again in the future. And it dried so fast!
