If you are clumsy and spill coffee on your spotless carpeting, call Eric and Nova Clean. What an awesome guy! He actually picked up his phone when we called and came out to service our mistake in seven hours. He is in different areas every day and fortunately he was in Naperville and could fit us in after dinner. OMG he was patient, thorough, and took care to protect the floors. Very pleased with Nova Clean Chem Dry! Eric came, most pleasant young man, showed us stains we never knew we had with blue light (urine, nice droppings, old blood yuk). He was able to lift stains I couldn't believe we're possible to eliminate: Red wine and high traffic/eating areas accumulation over 10 years. I've had rugs cleaned at another home, lesser stains were not removed.
My boyfriend was referred to this company from a friend because of results and that the rug quickly dried. I will call Nova when I have my own rugs cleaned. Thank you Eric, you were wonderful and efficient. (I wish I had taken before/after photos)

Good Eric & the team @ Nova Clean Chem-Dry did a wonderful job renewing our rugs. They even replaced the border on our designer rug with a new color that matches the room even more than the original. They also provided custom cut pads for all of our rugs.

Eric was courteous and professional from scheduling the appointment to the cleaning of couches and rug. The couches are cream colored and he got out some difficult stains. He was very pleasant and amicable with me and my children. I will definitely be calling on him for future jobs.

Our basement carpet was in a sad and desperate state after a year at home 24/7 with three dogs and a kid. Eric from Nova Clean did an amazing and thorough job of bringing our carpet back to life. He isolated allllll the spots where a certain doggo has been having accidents and treated them with a special cleaner. He was also super polite and professional, a pleasure to work with. Our carpet looks (and smells!) like new, and I love that it wasn't soaking wet for two days like when you have a steam cleaning. I highly recommend Nova Clean!

We had a serious odor issue from long-term uncleaned dog urine, and Eric was outstanding. He explained the science and his techniques, discussed possible outcomes and alternatives, and took ownership of the problem. He returned multiple times and followed-up with calls and texts. We hired Eric from Novaclean Chemdry to clean carpets for the whole house and the tiles and grout in our kitchen. Eric is a thorough professional, detail oriented person. Eric was amazing. On the first visit he cleaned some dirty carpet on stairs. Ive had carpets cleaned for 25 years and never have I seen the quality of work and true professionalism. I called him back a few days later to see if he could remove some pet stains. He worked in the stains and the carpet looks like new. I highly recommend and the quality is well worth the cost!
