I recently moved into a new house. I needed window blinds. I got some estimates. One company clearly stood out. BBN was an obvious choice. They were 2/3 lower price than the competitors. And they didnt call me every 45 minutes after getting the estimate to make the sale. One lady from 3 day blinds called so many times, we are going to send her a Christmas card.
For me, the two best parts are 1, I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. In my mind, the way I thought the blinds would look best around they bay window was different than what Al recommended. Als recommendation was less expensive than what I thought I wanted. Nice to feel like someone is more interested in making the final product look good rather than upselling you, even when it would have been easy. 2.
The blinds look amazing. They really transformed the inside of our house. And Als recommendation for the bay window looks awesome. Glad I listened to the professionals and not the idea I had in my head. Dont need any new recommendations for blinds. Just gonna call here and save the time.

I had a wonderful experience with Blinds by Nicolette. They truly are a one stop shop when it comes to window treatments. We had an in home consultation with Margaret who ultimately helped us create a custom design for our home. Diego, the installer, was timely in both our measurements appointment and the installation appointment. He left our home spotless. Great service from everyone who we met! I will definitely be using them for cleaning services in the future and would recommend Al and his team!

Vertical rack was broken for my front picture window. Denise came over the next day after I called and took measurements. When the parts came in an appointment was set up for removing the old hardware and replacing it. My appointment window was 10am to 1pm. Denise called me at 9:40 and said she would be there in 10 minutes. She did the job very professionally and quickly testing everything to make sure it operated properly.
When she left she said if there were any problems to call her. I would highly recommend this business. There was also excellent communication through the entire process leaving no questions.

We had all of our window treatments done by Blinds by Nicolette and have no regrets. The owner is very informative and helped us make the best blinds choices for our bedrooms, versus living area and basement. I highly recommend Blinds by Nicolette and do intend to use their services in the future.

I called Blinds & Designs by Nicolette to receive a quote and a day later the owner Al came by. Al listened to my wife and I regarding the "look" we were going for. He took those suggestions and then made a few recommendations from his vast knowledge and experience. He helped us to make a decision by showing us examples. With so many types of blinds available, we were overwhelmed but Al was patient and narrowed down the examples based off of our desires. Al was NOT a pushy salesman.
At no time did he try to "up-sell" any of his product. His desire is for the customer to be happy and for the window treatments to be the perfect fit for the homeowner. After we decided on color and type of window treatment, Al measured all of our windows and we talked about price. Blinds by Nicolette pricing is competitive but lower than the other 2 companies that gave us a quote.
When it came time for the installation, the installer was VERY courteous. He took his shoes off, and treated my home as if it was his own home. After he finished with the install, we tested each blind to make sure it worked as advertised. I am VERY pleased with my blinds, I am very happy with the company as a whole. I would HIGHLY recommend using Blinds & Designs by Nicolette Inc.

The team is helpful and will show up when you expect them to. Had problems recently with a company in which it took a couple weeks to have the blinds returned and there were still issues. The blinds were repaired well and are in great condition!

We have three Bali roman shades that are 16 years old and desperately needed to be restrung. We had difficulity finding a shop that could repair them, and Bali recomemded calling Blinds by Nicolette. We couldn't be more pleased by the outcome. They fixed them at a reasonable price and quickly. I highly recommend them
