Slab Leaks
Increased water bills and damp floors are often signs of a slab leak. A slab is the concrete base your house is built on, and plumbing is typically routed under it. A slab leak happens when these pipes break, allowing water to escape. This causes damage to the foundation, erodes soil, and creates cracks in your floors and walls. If the leak isnt repaired quickly, it could lead to a collapse of parts of your home. Showers, sinks, and toilets are common spots for slab leaks.

No matter when you need us, including weekends and holidays, were here to help.
Repiping Services
Choosing to repipe can save you more money than continually repairing leaks. The price of repiping a home is often more affordable than it seems. If leaks are confined to a specific area, a partial repipe might be all that's needed. However, for multiple leaks throughout the house, a full repipe could be the best option.
Toilet Installation
Toilets are essential to every home, and its difficult to imagine living without one. Regardless of whether you live in a small space or a large house, a toilet is a must. While you can find DIY installation videos, its always advisable to hire a professional plumber. They can help you pick the right toilet and make sure its installed properly without any leaks or damage. Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air offers affordable and quick toilet installation in Irvine, CA.
Plumbing Inspection Services
Taking care of home maintenance can be daunting, but plumbing is one area that should never be neglected. Regular plumbing inspections and preventative measures are necessary to keep your system in top condition. Positive Plumbing Heating and Air offers certified plumbing experts who are available to help you anytime. Our team will uncover issues that you might miss without a professional inspection.
Pipe Lining
When dealing with corroded pipes or leaks, pipe lining is a great repair option. This technique restores damaged pipes by installing a new pipe inside the existing one. Its a cost-effective and minimally invasive process compared to traditional pipe replacement. Pipe lining also improves the durability of your plumbing system. Contact Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning for expert pipe lining services in Irvine.
Pipe Bursting
Looking to replace corroded or damaged underground pipes? Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning provides expert pipe bursting services for sewer, water, and natural gas lines. This method is efficient in replacing old pipes without causing major disruption. It's also a great way to increase the capacity of your pipeline with larger pipes. The cost of the service depends on the size and depth of the pipes involved. We are committed to delivering quality services at affordable prices in Irvine, CA.
Drain Cleaning Services
Our comprehensive drain cleaning services in Irvine, CA, are designed to keep your plumbing in top shape throughout the year. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, honest service with a focus on customer satisfaction, making us a trusted name in home services.

Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

My water heater sprung a major leak, and despite my frantic attempts to reach a plumber, no one seemed to be picking up the phone. Then, like a guardian angel, Alex from Positive Plumbing answered my call. He made his way to my residence in Irvine, effectively preventing a potential flood situation. Remarkably, within a mere couple of hours, he not only put a stop to the leak but also managed to install a brand new water heater just in time for a family gathering.
