From the first representative in Shawn, to the next representative in Rick, to the installers Dale and Mike, BPM was TOP NOTCH. Answered all my questions along the way. And I had alot. Great service. Very personable. I was panicking because this happened right before Thanksgiving and we were having lots of family over. They fit us in their schedule to ensure that we would have heat before the holiday.

They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Rich came out for the estimate, educated me more than the other two companies before him. Made suggestions based on my need and not just what he wanted to sell me. I appreciated the crew and the professionalism. I am a very picky person and I hold contractors to a high standard since I am a master electrician.
Great company and great service. Checked all the boxes to make sure I was happy with the installation. I actually had them replace the HVAC but I wanted it moved 4 inches to the right because it is a tight fit in the space. Thanks for doing a great job!

Our hvac unit was causing a breaker to trip in our house and when we contacted BPM they were able to come out to diagnose the problem in less than 48 hours, even though this was not an emergency call. The person who visited us was helpful and honest, quickly identifying the issue. We were provided with an email estimate on the fix later that day. Highly recommend BPM!
