We had a great experience using Brackens. They painted our kitchen, living room, stairs, doors, door frames & ceiling. We were given a free quote during the first meeting. The Brackens Painting team is excellent! From the owner, the operations manager, and the skilled painters, they are professional and detail oriented. They painted the entire first floor of our home (ceilings, walls, doors, trim, closets, pantries) in about three days time. Great communication with both through email and phone. Picked up every time I called. Picked out the perfect colors! My shutters and basement door look fresh and brand new! Made a time that was both convenient for me and mother nature as my project was outside. Painters were polite and professional. Would totally recommend and use again!

Excellent communication all around. Eight vinyl shutters for $450. They matched the original shutter color (based off of the back where the shutters weren't faded). Did everything in one day and left the extra paint.

My Husband and I were absolutely blown away by the overall experience we had with Brackens Painting. We spoke with several local painters and received numerous quotes; however, we knew we were going to choose Brackens Painting upon our initial meeting with Kevin. He was extremely professional, and you could tell he was well versed in his craft as he was very knowledgeable, brought the proper tools measuring/estimation and answered all of our questions.
We really wanted to have all of our painting completed before Thanksgiving and even with their busy schedule, Kevin was able to fit us in! Kevins partner John began our painting project a few days after our meeting. John kept us in the loop every step of the way, was very professional and exhibited outstanding customer service! My nickname for John was The Magician (lol), I dont know how John was able to perform our complex paint job which included Accent Walls, Multi-colored rooms and more in a span of two days without incident and NOT one drop of paint on our hard wood floors.
We were blown away to say the least. My husband and I both agreed that Brackens Painting will be our painters of choice moving forward! Thanks again guys! P.S Heres a few pics

Excellent service! I would recommend Kevin and his crew. John did an excellent job, and he also was super nice. I love my new color on the walls, doors and ceiling. I am glad I saw his reviews and decided to call, Kevin the owner answered, he was very nice, his response was very fast, I told him what needed to be done, he took care of it. Brackens Painting was my go to from their reputation in the area when I needed my historic home painted and I am glad I went with them. The owner was professional with sound advice and insights into my home renovation project. The crews were effective and professional painting through the heat. My home was a large and tough project with challenging (old) siding and a LOT of square feet. The project was done and done well - I am glad to see the new color of my home every time I see it. I recommend Brackens!

They came in and squoze into every corner of that tiny townhouse and patched and painted it back to its former glory! I met the owner Kevin at our office. He responded quickly to our query about a painting job we had here. He came the next day and had a quote to me within a few days. And despite all of the jobs he had going - a two-man crew was here within a few weeks. They matched the paint exactly and completed the work the same day. I am 100% pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the owner and his crew.

We had weather delays that caused my project to be pushed from last fall to this spring. But, once things started getting better, Kevin reached out to me to let me know that as soon as the weather was ready, his team would be ready to go and I would be at the top of the list. Unfortunately, some delays were caused by COVID19 but the very first day after the restrictions were listed, he brought in a small team to get the job done safely. It looks great. He uses quality products and has professionals working for him. I would use Brackens and recommend him to anyone.

Nothing like a fresh coat of paint! Kevin and his team did fantastic work staining & painting the exterior of our house in Reston, VA last summer. It was on time and within budget and we have received many compliments on it from our neighbors. We'll be using Brackens Painting to do the interior of the house soon!
