We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

From beginning to end, this company has been excellent to deal with. Had a great discussion when I scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule and they were very helpful again. My tech, Eric, texted that he'd arrive towards the end of the window. He discussed my needs and did not try to "sell" me, but made some good suggestions. Bottom line, my very old carpet looks absolutely fantastic.
I've had pets over the years and, although I did not opt for the special pet "service, " the house smells fresh again. Even the pile has been lifted and is soft and springy. Best money I've spent for carpet cleaning, and will definitely call them again.

Great service, they were on time, worked quickly and thoroughly and did a great job. The carpets were dry in just a couple of hours, no heavy chemical smell and they look really good. They did an extra treatment on our basement stairs (our dog was sick and made a huge mess - I've never been able to totally get the smell out) and they are actually clean. They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.
He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.

Loved the experience. The young man who showed up was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain all the options and answer questions after his evaluation and starting work. The only reason I gave the company 4 stars is because when I discussed the pet-odor ad-on (I forget the exact term) during scheduling they didn't tell me that it takes ten days to work, during which it actually smells worse.
I was getting the carpets cleaned prior to guests coming and unfortunately because of this I scheduled it only five days prior and could not use the service I wanted most. The carpets look wonderful though. They just don't smell as good as they look :(

I used Chem Dry for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. I have used may carpet cleaners. This was absolutely the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done. The technician stayed twice as long to make sure he did a GREAT job. I will always use Chem Dry from now on.

Our dog had an upset stomach and made a mess all over our living room. Because we were on a time crunch, we called All Pro Chem-Dry and within 15 minutes we had someone on their way. It turned out to be one of the managers of the company who had made a special trip because of the short notice. Because of our tight budget during the holidays, we requested he only clean the areas where our dog had her issues.
To our surprise, he did our entire ground floor for no extra charge. The carpets look immaculate, like they are new despite being over 15 years old. Not to mention they only use natural and safe cleaning ingredients, so our kids and dogs can go all over them right after being cleaned. Incredible company, incredible service! 5 stars doesn't do them justice. If you need your carpets cleaned, these are your guys.
