The service was timely. I was appropriately informed about when the technicians would be at my house. They were courteous, informative and performed repairs carefully until completed. There was additional time spent because a trainee under direct supervision of an expert was doing the job, but that is OK with me. I have also taught a number of trainees in my field over the years, and I know it is important to have hands on experience with expert backup. Upon leaving, they cleaned up the work area well. I would highly recommend Quality Heating for heating and air conditioning service.

They were super nice and very fast! Michael explained what happened to my new furnace installed by another local company and why it happened. I felt the installing company should have remedied this, but since they wouldnt, Michael did! Very happy with the service and price!

Michael called ahead and arrived on time troubleshot the issue got my furnace up and running in an hour. Update: After it was determined that my 24 year old furnace had a clogged and leaking heat exchanger I opted for a new furnace rather than a new heat exchanger. Two days later Simon and Aaron were at my house at 8AM with my new furnace. I could not be more happy with the quality of Simon's work, no tape, no leaks, no sloppy sheet metal work. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work Simon and Aaron did and will be requesting them in spring to install my new AC unit.

I have had our service team at my house hold for a clean and check on my furnace and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did. Edit: Quality offers electric services as well now! Brett and Jake came to my house to install a media for my tv to hide the cords as well as all streaming device! They did an amazing job. They were punctual and clean and I couldnt be happier!

The service call for my air conditioner, was very responsive. Brian was friendly and professional. I had to follow up with the sales but they are coming out the next day which is great. In early January, Quality Heating installed two furnaces and two A/C units in our condo while battling cold temperatures and very tight installation areas in which to work. Through all of that, the two (sometimes three) installers (Simon and Garrett) as well as the electrician (Brett) who came in after the installation was done.were amazing! Each person communicated well, were extremely neat, punctual, and great representatives for Quality Heating.
We are very happy that we chose to go with Quality and look to utilize this company for our yearly maintenance program for years to come. P.S. A special shout out goes to Matt Riebe, the sales rep who handled all the zillion questions that I flooded him with and was extremely transparent with all of the costs with no surprises.
