2017 My house had major hail and wind damages, called Bill Younger, yes hes my brother but i hold him my expectations on how i wanted my roof replacementon my house to go, and results were above and beyond. His team was on time, respectful of my needs and nabors, and 100% job completed same day! I've personally did roofing clean up years ago and know how hard it is to clean everything up.
I've yet to find any debree or nails in grass or driveway from there roof replacement. This is a tough task to achieve, and Younger Exterior did a great job. Keep up the good work Younger Exteriors/brother. July 2023 Unfortunately with the nasty winter we had last year my 30Ksqft shop roof and gutters were damaged. Called Bill Younger and he was out same day to look over what it would take to replacement roof and Guters.
Project is currently going on. Bill Younger goes above and beyond to ensure Insurance company covers their coverages and processing paperwork. Will finish this once work is completed

We had several exterior fixes that needed to be resolved after moving into our home such as roof ridge caps, downspouts too small and damaged siding that needed to be replaced. The Younger Exteriors team brought a lot of experience to tackle the various aspects of the project. We had a very good experience with Younger Exteriors. Brian was our main contact. And the communication was excellent. Our siding project went very smooth. The clean up was well done. We initially were looking to just repair the siding on one side of our house. When Dave took a look, he mentioned that residing the entire house was within our budget and gave us options. We ended up installing LP siding on the front and vinyl on the sides. With COVID, the material was delayed, but Dave and Brian were excellent at providing updates and communicating when they would be starting our project. Once the install began, the crew was efficient, clean, and the quality was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Younger and would hire them again.

After a bad experience with a siding contractor I chose Younger to do my roof. Wow - what a difference. Brian was on top of every detail and communicated what was going on every step of the way. The day (yes, DAY) of the installation the crew was on the roof early, worked fast, cleaned up totally after themselves and left everything in perfect order.
Same with the crew that came to do some follow-up chalking and painting the siding company should have done. I was totally satisfied with Younger and can easily recommend them.

We had a great experience with Younger Exteriors. Highly recommend. They replaced our roof and gutters and did a great job on the work and cleanup. They were quick to respond to our initial request for an estimate, and even came back out when we had questions around if needed gutters were needed or not. We were scheduled within a week and any question was promptly responded to. We appreciate their work and customer service.

Brian communicated quickly and was very responsive. When he came to give us the bid, he got up on the roof and looked at it carefully. The other 2 roofing companies didnt do this. We learned more from him, both about what needed to be done and what was in good shape and thus did not need to be replaced. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Younger Exteriors!

We were in the process of buying a new home and needed an inspection of the roof done. My dad was helping us find contractors to do the inspection in our window of time. He called a few roofing companies and Brian got back to him right away. Brian was professional, personable and understanding with my dad being 300+ miles away trying to help us out.
We called on a Friday afternoon and Brian was able to fit us in right away on a Saturday morning! Throughout the entire process Brian was very knowledgeable and prompt with follow up. Brian wasn't guaranteed a sale by doing the inspection for us, but put that aside and really let his passion for roofs show through. Brian is your guy if you are looking for someone passionate, professional, and personable.
We then needed a quote to repair the roof and Brian did not let us down. He got us a quick well priced quote. He was there for us every step of the way. With the time he gave to us, we felt as if we were his only client. He really goes the extra mile. We will definitely be going back when needed.

Younger replaced our roof this last summer and they were outstanding to work with. Originally we had our roof assessed by insurance and was informed that we would not be covered under insurance despite what seemed to be obvious wind damage. Younger got involved and worked directly with insurance to get a revaluation of the inspection and ultimate got the roof replacement covered by insurance. The quality of work and service was also outstanding and they were great to work with.

We were looking at updating our windows, siding, and stonework on our home. We reached out to several companies for bids. Brian at Younger Exteriors was recommended to us from a friend. We met with him and he was happy to answer all of our questions. Brian was the only one who actually listened (the others either didn't care or were only wanting to make a sale).
