One of my neighbors recommended this local family operation, and I am pleased to report that the quality of response and care and service was exceptional. You do not have to talk to a series of folks who send out one of dozens of unknown and perhaps unqualified workers, but instead will speak to a member of the family; Charlie Ford took my call, was honest about the best time for a visit (which was not an emergency) and personally followed up on all concerns I had about the repair and replacement.

Love these guys! They came out on a Saturday night to help us with a clogged drain that affected 3 units so bad that we had to prohibit any water use, including toilets. Here's what they found! A four foot, pipe shaped root ball. Our heroes!

Larry and Charlie did a great job of replacing my leaking gas lines and installing a new water heater and installing new drainage pipes and an upgraded vent for it. They charged a fair price. I have used Larry Ford as my plumber for years and he's always been honest and reasonably priced. His son Charlie takes after him, and they give good advice to save you money too.
