The process of renting with Victory Property Management has been very pleasant and stress-free for my girlfriend and I. This has been a bit of a relief after experiencing the chaotic nature of the market and reading many of the nightmare experiences people have been having in the Charlotte area with other rental companies. We just recently moved in, and we feel very lucky to have such a professional and caring agent who has really worked hard to make sure that we have the best experience possible. Update: After three years renting with MoveZen, and through move-out, I still have only good things to say.

I've gone through a lot of property management companies while renting my apartment in Charlotte, NC and Victory has by far been the best to work with. I've had some nightmare experiences in the past with previous property management companies and I'm very happy to finally have landed with Victory. Their online portal is super easy to use and they are always very responsive to my maintenance requests.
My main POC Catherine is great, she is always available via email or text and responds to me about any issues I have with my apartment and she keeps me up to date with any announcements about my complex. Overall it has been a positive experience working with Victory Property Management!

The home tour and application was a fairly quick and smooth process. We saw the home on Zillow and took a tour the next day using their lockbox system. I would 110% recommend the MoveZen team to any landlord looking for a trusted property management partner. I am a first time landlord and naturally had a number of questions about the process. I met with a handful of the top rated property managers in the Charlotte metro area and MoveZen stood out by far in their knowledge of the Charlotte market and their ability to work with me to provide a custom service that addressed my major questions/concerns.
I worked with Monique Mustafa and from our first meeting she was able to convey her knowledge of the industry/market and provide a realistic timeline and expectations. I had to move out of state and she was great at managing 3rd party contractors to get the house tenant ready and market the house in a timely manner. She was prompt and every insightful with all of her responses to my numerous questions.
All in all, from the day I turned over the keys, she was able to get the home rental ready, market, and find a quality tenant in less than 4 weeks. I am looking forward to working with her and the MoveZen team on my next rental home!

Jennifer and I got connected from the start of the application process till the very end, and she has been fantastic. She answers emails, calls back and even actually answers the phone! (Unlike every other property I have ever lived at). They are professional, helpful, and show they want to help their potential customers. This moving transition (usually very difficult) was made easy because of Jennifer.

I'm very fortunate to come across Victory properties and their amazing staff. I was in the market for a new property management company and I came across Victory Property Management on the internet. My contract was up with the previous Company which was during the time of covid. Catherine the agent assigned to my rental was on it. From the moment it met her we connected as business partners.
With a vested interest in my property. She was able to see my vision. Got on top of everything very quickly and got me the money that I deserve from my rental. Im a transplant to the area from SC and it was super difficult trying to find a place that I liked. I was randomly connected with Catherine and I truly was in awe of how amazing & helpful she was in finding me a place that I liked and that was in my budget! I felt like she was just as excited for me to get my place as I was bc she knew Id feel at home.

Let me start by saying, I do not post reviews. BUT, as Victory Property Management saved my family from not having a home, I feel the need. My family and I moved to NC as the pandemic started in 2020, making it impossible to buy a house as the housing market came to stand still. We were fortunate to find Victory Property Management as their online services and ability to look at properties to rent on your own was extremely easy and convenient.
As this is my first time leasing a home, I was a little intimidated, our first few months were "ok" as we had a couple of things we wanted fixed and not much was accomplished. But once Catherine took over our account, things really got moving. She constantly followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and was extremely responsive any time we asked a question. Overall, I must say this experience has been a positive one with Victory Property Management and I would and have recommended them.

Catherine is very responsive when addressing client needs. I emailed her about a matter- and she was on top of it- and communicated with me heavily until the issue was resolved. She also reaches out to me often to make sure I have no issues as a renter. Makes me feel great as a consumer about working with victory property management.
