This wonderful company provided same day service. I called in the morning and they provided service in the afternoon. Ruth is a top notch house cleaner. My landlord was very happy and even asked for their number. Thank you Germicidal Maids House Cleaning!

Im pleased to write this review because my experience with Germicidal Maids exceeded my expectations. From start to finish Michael provided exceptional service & excellent communication. They were prompt and Michael fulfilled his commitment to my short notice. Judith did a phenomenal job, and she made an unrecognizable kitchen, and stove, and bathroom look brand new. This was my first time using Germicidal Maids and I look forward to additional service. Thank you!

Patty from Germicidal Maids did an excellent and thorough cleaning of our house today. Our house has never been cleaner. Patty is a true professional, hard-working, and has a great personality. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used.

Germacidal Maids did a fabulous job cleaning my house. Michael was very helpful & it was easy setting up the job. Alise was very detailed and my house looks spotless. I Would. Definitely recommend and have her back.

After our long time cleaner retired, we have been trying service after service trying to find someone equally as good. A friend recommended Germicidal Maids and I am so happy we had this referral! Michael is incredibly easy to contact and schedule with, as well as last minute changes to scheduling. Patty is AWESOME! I've never had a cleaner arrive with so many products and a mini-vacuum! We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR).

I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! Thank you!

I used this company for the first time today and Im very happy with the service and the lovely woman who cleaned my home today! Will definitely have her back again and Michael was very easy to work with as well.

I used these folks for awhile before moving. On time everytime. Great results, the cleaners speak English and the owner is American. Prices are very reasonable and the schedule is flexible. Also the owner always texts to confirm the appointment a day or two in advance.

Very good service! Anna had a great attention to detail when cleaning our home. She was also quick and professional.

Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.

We had an emergency in Dana Point and I called Michael at 5pm for same day house cleaning and believe me, he is sending someone today at 10pm to help and save the day! Amazing response, professional support and excellence with assistance! We are looking forward to have Michael and his crew over hopefully not just today but in the long term! I will post pictures later!

Germicidal Maids was very professional, responsive and courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning my place and were thorough and respectful. I recommend them highly

I would highly recommend this cleaning service, as they do an excellent job! They pay close attention to the fine details and work very hard to get the job done! The owner of Germacidal Maids House Cleaning is extremely quick on response and he does all that he can to accommodate your cleaning service needs. Exceptional Service! Both, Judith and Yessenia have done an outstanding job on cleaning our home on different occasions.

I recently had surgery on my arm and I couldn't move it. I was really stressed out because my house was a mess after the surgery. This company was life saving! They were able to schedule me quickly, and Judith could basically read my mind, she did everything that needed to be done. They were really easy to deal with and my house is clean. I feel like I can finally breathe again. Thank you!

I cannot be more comfortable recommending any other orange county cleaning company! The name clearly gives you an idea of the level of cleanliness you can expect! They go above and beyond with a little details that you find in every corner of your space! They arrive on time, are trustworthy and a great value. We have use them for a seasonal rental cleaning, as well as our own personal residence.

I cannot recommend this team enough. I hire Michael and Judith to clean my home bi-weekly and they do an excellent job! I live in San Juan Capistrano and they always clean my house extremely thoroughly. I always look forward to them coming because my house feels so fresh after they come. In addition to always leaving my house perfect, they are kind, flexible, and an overall joy to work with.

Michael and his mother are exactly what we needed. They do a great job and are less expensive than every other company weve used. We love their services so much weve referred them to many other family and friends, they are all extremely satisfied. If you want trustworthy, consistent pricing, easy scheduling, and all around pleasant people to clean your home, Germicidal Maids is your answer. Thanks Michael!
