He was able to determine my plumbing issue and rebuild parts instead of a complete overhaul. Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad LLC scheduled my appointment for Monday 2/24/2025 between 8 - 10 am . Well he arrived at my house at 8am and he checked my water heater, then he told my daughter in law that the heater wires were all burned, he then advised her that he would have to buy a heater and he would install it for me. My total cost was $1204.00 for everything. He went pick up a heater came back and installed it. I was so happy cause now we have hot water. We were out of hot water since Friday 2/21/2025. I would refer Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad to anyone. Excellent service, friendly and job well done thank you very much.

Honest work - Jack came over to inspect my leaking faucet and then proceeded to call around for the replacement part. Jack found it locally, but notified me that the price the local distributors were asking wasn't in line with expectations and recommended I ordered online instead as it would be much cheaper ($200 locally vs $55 online). Instead of performing a quick job, Jack had the customers best interest in mind. I will use Jack and his team going forward, thanks again!

Jack was a professional who took time to try to understand and guide me through a sudden leak in my water heater that I discovered after coming home from a work trip. What is most important is that Jack created a sense of trust by not only providing flare rate fees but by educating myself about a subject I honestly am not expert at.
