Travis came out and I explained the problem to him. He immediately took the time to investigate potential causes for the issue. When the time came to look a little deeper for a solution, he experimented to find a way to fix our problem that other plumbers we hired werent able to think of. All of our drains/toilets all of the sudden backed up today. Called Rooter Man and they sent Robert over within an hour. Ended up being quite complicated to find access to our pipe due to a renovation we had done. Robert worked really hard, found the pipe in our yard, dug out a big hole, cleaned out the pipes, replaced the dirt and sod and we can hardly tell he was here. Fantastic service, great guy, professional and a very fair price. I would highly recommend these folks!!

Nathan came out and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink/disposal. He also did a quick fix with our toilet in which we barely had water in. He was a nice guy, on time, and professional. Alex was on-site the same day, and within half an hour had identified the problem and provided a couple of different solutions.
