Professional, kind, on time, and knew what they were doing. Moved into my new house in Summers Corner snd was having issues with my A/C. MTS Heating and Air came right away and gave me a 5 star treatment the whole way through. I especially liked their PoS system which made payment very easy and I received texts when they were on the way and I could track their ETA via Google Maps. Very convenient. Zero complaints and Id recommend them.

Moving forward with My Three Sons was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, this is a company that truly takes care of you. We met with several other companies, but always had a good feeling about this oneand we were right. We especially appreciated working with Alex. He made our complex, two-part project feel seamless. Travis and his team were fantastic! I called on a Friday afternoon needing my HVAC system replaced, and Travis arrived within a few hours to provide an estimate. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote and scheduled the installation for Tuesday morning. Despite a few challenges with my setup, Gray, Wilton and the rest of the team worked efficiently to complete everything in just one day. Everyone was professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done right. My system is running perfectly, and I highly recommend My Three Sons to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I highly recommend My Three Sons for your HVAC needs. After several bids I chose them to replace my HVAC on 10/30/24. I am very happy with the unit and the service provided. They had the best prices and I got a Dominion rebate for my unit as well. They were honest and didnt try to sell me unnecessary things. Everyone I interacted with seemed professional, earnest and happy to be a part of the My Three Sons team.

Came home Friday afternoon from Christmas with family to find a dead HVAC system. Michael from My Three Sons came out from a job he had just finished and was at my home within 30 minutes. My system is up and running again and Michael answered every question and explained everything he was doing and gave me all the information I needed to make a well informed decision about how to proceed.
The system is a 15 year old heat pump that I will likely replace pretty soon rather than wait for complete failure.

My heat stopped working over the weekend. This was not the first time my heat has gone out this winter either(probably the third or fourth time). We had another company doing repairs for us and they seemed to be having difficulty finding anything other than a temporary solution. Michael came out and left no stone unturned.... really went above and beyond to show and explain me what was going on with our unit. Thankful to say the least!

A really great company, run and operated by people who truly care about doing good work at a fair price. They were able to identify and quickly fix multiple issues left by the former HVAC company. Michael went out of his way to review each part of the system and explain everything to me in addition to taking photos and notes. The AC went out at my office, and My Three Sons had a tech out (Dale!) within two hours to do a diagnostic. We received a text confirmation when the appointment was made, and again when the tech was en route. Dale diagnosed the issue, gave us a quote, ordered the part, and came back the next morning to complete the repair (we also received a text when he was on the way!). Overall, the process took just under 24 hours. Very impressive. Great communication. Highly recommend.

I have had about as good of a customer experience as I could imagine with My Three Sons and highly recommend using them for service and/or purchasing a new HVAC. I converted a gas-pack unit to an all electric air to air heat pump and couldn't be happier. A few highlights:
1) Always on time, with text notifications
2) Clear communication throughout the process with data to back up their recommendations, making it an easy decision to replace our HVAC
3) Fantastic follow up post-installation. From filling out and signing the Dominion rebate paperwork and sending over without request to scheduling a post-installation quality check I have felt continuously supported and cared for
4) Travis performing manual calculations and measurements in every room to determine the proper size unit, smaller than the one we replaced during his initial sales visit. I hesitate to call it a sales visit because it was so consultative

We recently sold our home and had Travis from My Three Sons come out to assess our HVAC system before we listed it to make sure everything was good to go. Travis did a thorough inspection of our system, and he had a custom duct vent custom made and installed in a week so that we could get it on the market on-time and with peace of mind. We were so stoked on how professional and easy going Travis was, we decided to get on a maintenance plan for our new home. I reached out to Travis to get us set up and within minutes Katy had us scheduled for our first appointment. Michael and another tech showed up on-time and appeared very professional with their van and swag. They thoroughly assessed our HVAC system and kept us up-to-date on what they were doing throughout the process. All of our experiences with My Three Sons have been great and I will continue to recommend them!

I am a terrible cynic when it comes to service providers, HVAC especially. I find that when HVAC companies walk into my dog boarding facilities, they see a bunch of little girls playing with dogs and try and take advantage of it. Outlandish quotes, estimates, and talk because they don't think we know better and they don't know that I have someone to come behind them and check/verify their work. My 3 Sons, who helped me out at My 3 Dogs lol, were quick to come out, efficient, and most importantly HONEST. And reasonable. I would have paid them double for the honesty and service alone. This will be the only company I ever trust with any of my businesses in the area and I will only recommend them. Do not waste your time anywhere else.

We recently had our seasonal maintenance done with My Three Sons. Their scheduling process was easy, they gave us a specific time (not a 4 hour window) when they would show up, and they were on time. The quality of the service and subsequent report were thorough. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and we will certainly be scheduling any future service or maintenance with My Three Sons!
