Stephen from Mold Xperts has been so wonderful to work with. I recently moved into an apartment and found a lot of mold behind the water heater. Stephen came out the same day we called him, tested the entire unit (inside and outside), got the results back within 48 hours and went over the results with me in detail. Kyle was on time and not only inspected the area I was concerned of for water damage/mold in the basement. He went above and beyond and looked it at another area the attic for potential mold. How ever he did not try to get additional money by suggesting another test since he didnt not see a issue there. Just waiting on my results.
