Jonathan was an absolute lifesaver!!! Our toilet was clogged and overflowing. Unfortunately, it was 10:30 pm so we tried fixing it ourselves first with a plunger and next thing there was a massive leak through the ceiling. Experienced frozen pipe in my kitchen that wasn't thawing after a day of pointing space heaters under the cabinets. Very glad I called H2O Pro to send a technician over. They were able to have someone here within an hour of calling. Jason was a very kind and helpful. He got a space heater by the difficult to access crawl space and my kitchen pipe was thawed out in less than 30 minutes. Affordable price for service. He took good care of my property and left a good impression. Useful discussion on next steps for any future potential freezes as well. H20 Pro is giving out PPP loans to anyone they service. Politeness, Punctuality, and Professionalism . I created a room in my basement that I later decided to turn into a full bathroom, all for a reasonable price! H20 Pro made this possible by doing all the hard work for me. They installed all the pipes and sewer lines within the floor and walls, tying in the new sewer lines and pipes into my existing sewer lines in the ceiling. Now, I have a fully functional full bathroom in my basement from an empty created closet. H20 Pro comes highly recommended.
