We recently worked with Nathan Kintz from Homze, and he was fantastic throughout the process. Nathan was likable and hardworking, and he laid out the project clearly from the start. His communication was very good, he always got back to me quickly, no matter the time of day or day of the week. He really set a great tone for what we hope will be a smooth overall experience.
Im now looking forward to seeing how the paint job and gutter installation turn out, and hoping they reflect the same level of attention and quality Nathan brought. I'll update this review with full details once it's done.

Gezan Kengga was the Homze rep. who did the initial consultation for a paint job. It was not a 10 minute fly around the property. It was a detailed and thorough question and answer period which led to the final bid. That bid was not the lowest or the most extreme: the reason I went with Homze was the initial consultation.
The painting exceeded my expectations. I wish the contractors had been more careful with my shrubs, but I know they will come back- and besides, the paint job is so beautiful.

We just had our in home consultation for new LVP flooring in our home. Marco was very professional from beginning to end! He answered all of our questions completely and honestly and helped us make the right decisions regarding the final touches. Although at times we felt a little pressured into signing, he finally respected our need to discuss privately before making a final decision. We just got a new rooftop on our home and it is a beautiful job and look great.the workers was great every day after work they clean all their mess and it only took 2 days. Sam and Carl was great to work with a gave us everything they promise. After the roof was completed Carl came over to Inspect the job and took pictures showed them to us to make sure we were happy. AMAZING! Had a roof done less than 4 years ago from another roofing company, who I won't mention here. However, I did get other bids from other roofing contractors/companies and decided to go with a company who was less than a few of the other quotes I received. BIG MISTAKE! After only 6 months I was loading items in my attic and noticed that the mold I had originally had remediated after my roof was completed only 6 months earlier had returned. The issue with that is the roofers I chose said they would fix the ventilation in my attic space...however they obviously did not. They assured me that just adding more box vents would fix the issue, but it didn't. It was obvious as the heat in the attic was just as bad as it was previously, even with the added box vents. So, I called Homze and they came out and explained why the ventilation wasn't done correctly, being that the added box vents was only part of the ventilation system as airflow is the key. After also learning they were certified through the manufacturer which gave me a warranty backed by the manufacturer and not the contractor (which the contractor I used 4 years earlier did not honor their warranty), along with a thorough inspection and several other components the others didn't discuss, I decided to have Homze tear off my roof and install a new one. I couldn't be happier. Excellent service from beginning to end. Its been 8 months and my attic space is cool as promised and NO MORE MOLD!! I waited this long to write the review to be sure all worked as promised...and it does! I would highly recommend. A++++++

He was a genuine and easy going guy, and we appreciated all the details he gave us about the process of replacing our roof and siding. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him as our project manager.

Had a consultation with Carl regarding having my siding done and it was great. He arrived when he was supposed to and we got started right away. He was polite and professional and very thorough and he explained everything beforehand. After a brief walk around my house explaining how things worked and seeing the state of my current ugly 80s vinyl siding, he took some photos and put them into an app that generated some images of what my house could like like with new siding. It was pretty cool. We went inside to discuss the options and looked at the images. I was pleased with results and it was nice to see what it could be like. He explained everything every step of the way. When it was time to make a decision, he was gracious. (Id explained that I might not be able to do the project soon as I have some issues looming on the horizon for me.). He was cool about it and generated a quote which was extremely thorough and was itemized. He was accepting of my situation and worked to provide possible solutions. Im confident that if I can make it work Ill work with this company. Carl did everything right AND even my cats liked him. Im looking forward to being able to make my house look better. Overall I was glad Id agreed to meet with him and I hope to be able to do this project when its possible.

Gus has been, from the beginning of the project to all the way to the final inspection, a very professional representative. Gus listen to our family various comments, and took the time to take notes and ensured maximum efficiency during the delivery of services. As far as the crew on ground, the 2 individuals that worked on the floor were very professional, work oriented, very respectful and producing incredible results.
Overall, the entire experience was great and we thank to Gus and everyone involved in this project for a perfect execution.

We are very pleased with the carpet replacement done by Homze. The entire team from the sales crew to the installation crew were very professional. The color and pile choices for the new carpet were abundant. Scheduling was handled in a timely manner. The installation gentlemen were polite and did a quick, yet thorough removal of the old carpet and pad. The new pad and carpet were installed and clean-up was great. We requested a roll of leftover new carpet in the event we have to make a patch at some future time. We highly recommend Homze!

For my first home improvement project, a friend recommended Homze and I was glad I went with them. I wanted to replace the carpet in one of the rooms in my home and they did an excellent job on the whole job. Their communication was clear and professional and I loved that they handled all aspects of the install, from ordering the materials to installation. The floors look great. Transitions looks great. Overall good job. The baseboards look horrible tho. They removed them and put them back on all janky. So Im redoing them myself, I need to peel off all the old caulking, paint the walls and put the baseboards back on and recaulk. But this is a flooring company not a baseboard company. Also, the caulking around the bathtub that they did was not sealed, there are gaps in the caulking. So, I will need to remove it and do it again myself. But the flooring itself looks good.

Great experience from the first call after my inquiry all the way to completion. The initial caller was super informative and didnt pressure me. The salesman, Gezan was super responsive, honest, transparent and very thorough. Project management was very communicative and responsive as well, and the craftsfolks that showed up to do the work were very pleasant, very thorough, communicative, and did a REALLY good job. Im happy with the end result. My only suggestion for improvement would be to avoid scheduling project starts on Friday unless work can continue over the weekend. Had I known that we wouldnt have had work completed on the weekend days, I would have asked for a start date closer to the start of the week - the house was torn up for longer than anticipated. And even that wasnt terrible, we lived through it and dont regret getting the work done at all.

Homze recently completed this project in my home, they were able to remove an old tired section of carpet and replace it with the existing flooring tying the two sections in perfectly. The project turned out better than I expected and the Homze team was great to work with!

I called Homze to do my basement hall and a bedroom after I tore out the 13+ yr old carpet. The previous carpet installer basically poured glue all over my floors! What a mess! Homez leveled my floors and installed LPV. Fast service, quality workmanship, and great customer service. Will be using them again to do my other two rooms downstairs!

I had a bad experience with a previous contractor at Mod Construction who came in and jacked my house up. Ruined the cement paint in the basement by moving cement around without any protection among other issues. I was very hesitant to have someone in my home again but they came in and did an amazing job! They removed pet stained carpet, stick down tiles that werent all sticking anymore, covered the ruined cement floors, and leveled floors that had multiple different things going on from previous owners. I replaced all my flooring with Mohawk LVP. Highly recommend!

Chris Apol helped us select engineered hardwood floors for our upstairs that aligned with what we already installed downstairs, and guided us through how we could make choices to maximize quality and reduce cost. They helped us through the install and follow up afterwards, and felt like they were really on our team. Our crummy carpet is gone and we have great hardwood floors instead.
