Foundation of Gym floor in our daycare Center had sunk some 10.5 inches at one end causing a visible down slope and ridge along the entire length of the gym. The Repair called for 22 piers along the entire back and sides of the structure. The work was scheduled on a weekend starting at 7am each day. The crew arrived early, worked straight through, and finished before 3 pm that first day. The result was amazing. The entire floor was leveled and the visible ridge dissapeared! All the doors had been adjusted, air conditioners repositioned, and no visible plumbing problems found. Very professional workers, easy to talk to, and very accomodating. Very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the time Ryan Williams took to answer all of my questions and help me understand the issues facing my home. Once work commenced, I was impressed with the speed and work ethic of the crew. After work was completed, the guys cleaned up the yard and returned things to as close to normal as possible.
Overall, a very good experience with Stratum and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some foundation work.

Stratum Foundation did an excellent job for us from start to finish. We noticed a crack in our concrete slab during our recent floor renovation. Ryan visited us promptly and did a very thorough evaluation. He explained in detail "the what" and "the why" and this is what ultimately brought us to use Stratum. Great staff, reasonable price and great job. Stratum did the foundation repair on my home and it was job well done! The staff was great to work with and they pay attention to every detail from beginning to the end. When they are done, they clean up everything and make your house looked the same way before they started the job.
Since they did a wonderful job on my home, I had to get them to work on one of my other properties. Both properties was nicely done and they try everything to make the whole process seamless. If anyone needs foundation repair, I highly recommend Stratum.
