Very happy with their work....the first time. Second time, not so much. Owner contacted me and said he would come back and do the work that didn't get done for half price. Sounds good, but had to wait until some other work was completed. Called back, left a message, and they have not called me back. Just called again and after they figured out who I was, they hung up. Apparently they do not want my business.
The owner has called back and made it right. I appreciate that alot. The work is now complete and done to my satisfation. Things happen and they made it right

When water came up from our sewer drain and soaked the carpet in our downstairs and other items Taryn came in and did a very professional job. He was very polite and courteous. Then when Taryn and Jason came back to pick up the equipment that we rented from them for the drying process they were both very informative and very helpful. Called 1-800 Water Damage of Kansas City North on a Saturday morning after discovering more than an inch and half of water in my basement from a broken toilet supply line. They answered right away and arrived on time after completing another job. They were able to remove all the water and set up their equipment to get things drying in less than 2 hours. The guys were professional, nice, and explained things in a way that made sense and what would happen next. Theyve been back a couple times to take out flooring and materials that werent savable and check moisture levels. Overall, Im extremely happy with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone needing their help, whether emergency or not.

Absolutely phenomenal interaction with this company, I'm a renter and have only so far met with this company for an assessment. The property management company has been slightly disorganized and difficult to deal with, luckily after not being informed of the time I would meet with 1-800-WATERDAMAGE , I gave their office a call, they got everything in order and the visit was great! Very knowledgeable. I was so relieved to hear descriptions/information that was exactly what an environmental company I personally hired had advised me of. Dave and his team were amazing in my time of stress. New carpet installed Thursday, moved in Friday, Sump pump fail on Tuesday... basement and new carpet soaked. Dave is very responsive and reassuring even with me in tears on the other end of the phone. His team was great in walking me through the process and getting things cleaned up!

We have used other companies in the past and just were not pleased. We needed our carpets cleaned and stretched. Bill did a terrific job of cleaning our carpet and then came back later to stretch. If we could give him 6 stars, we would!! The company was very nice to work with and we will definitely use them again.

Truly an amazing company David is wonderful and you're a fool if you don't choose them. They can do a lot of things that other companies can't like stretching, to removing red stains even bleach stains. You won't be sorry.
