Hi, I want to give a huge thank you to Sid! He has worked with us since the beginning of our major plumbing leak. Walls, ceiling, floors, carpets, damaged by the horrible leaks! Anyone who has experienced this knows its very frustrating and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety! From day one, Sid made me feel so much better, about what was ahead of completion of the project in our home.He explained the process of all that needed to be done and if we had any questions, he was always there. We spent most of the time at the shore, while the work was being done. He called in daily to let us know how everything was going with all the work that was being completed . Also, sent of pictures. I felt so much better about all that was going on. He sure eased my anxiety. We did run into a problem with the painting issue! We were not happy at all how the job was completed. But, once again Sid was there for us! He apologized over and over to us, he really felt terrible about the situation. Thats when Tyler came to meet us and go over everything that needed to be done. He also apologized and said everything will be fixed to our liking. I felt so confident in both of them, once again easing my stress! We purchased a good quality of paint. To my surprise, Sid and Tyler did the painting! How awesome is that! They did a wonderful job painting, walls ceilings. Once again Sid and Tyler stayed in touch with us, sent photos. I cant thank them enough for all that they did together for us! We have our home back now! Everything looks fabulous! All the walls, ceilings, floors, painting, is completed. Sid was here and has been SO patient working with us as we are dealing with two back to back basement floods. Sid is an incredible communicator; he is kind, compassionate, smart, and diligent. I had some serious water damage in my house and was in desperate need of help. Today Bryan and Will showed up dryers, air scrubber, and sensors to monitor the wetness. They called ahead of time to give me a heads up. They explained what they were going to do and when they were done they showed me what they did. They explained the next steps to me. The drain pipe under the kitchen sink failed and water found its way to the basement causing the ceiling to sag.
Paul came out and assessed the situation and we used their rebuild company to replace the ceiling and repair the kitchen cabinet . Sid Sarin from the rebuild company was an absolute pleasure to work with .
He knows what is necessary to present to insurance companies for reimbursement, is excellent with communication , prompt and a genuine nice guy.

1-800 Water Damage has been amazing, very professional. In particular, Dave came in this afternoon and after he and his partner had taken their measurements and removed some of their equipment, Dave went above and beyond by helping me with an electrical, computer problem that had frustrated me for hours and took him a few minutes to figure out. I shouldn't have even asked him to help me with it but I did and he obliged. I was so relieved and grateful for that extra added assistance he gave this senior citizen. What a great team! On 12/24/2022 we had a flood in our house and nearly everything room had damage and our house was basically down to the studs. We had a nearly complete remodel due to the flood. I called them the morning it happened and Ben and Jeff were at the house in a few hours. They stayed at the house cleaning, setting up fans, taking pictures till nearly 10pm on Christmas Eve. This led to using Ben, Jeff and their team to do the remodel. Their work was great. If I had an issue they made sure to fix it. (I am not easy to deal with at times) We had to move into a hotel for 14 months while I the rebuild was under way. I am so happy with the way it turned out. I was able to change the colors in the house and make it brighter. We also made small changes when we put the walls back in the basement to add a little bar area.

Had a water pipe burst in my basement. Called Paul from 1-800 Water Damage and he can out as soon as possible to check out the damage. Once he finished his assessment he called the insurance company for me to file the claim and then had Dave and his crew out to extract the water and remove carpet and pad. Wish I could give more stars. After hurricane Ian Jeff and team made the long trip to SW Florida to help local residents. Our villa was almost a complete loss, but thanks to 800-water helping us so quickly we were able to salvage most of the walls/foundation.
