We had a positive experience with Dil's Roofing. In 2023 we did a whole roof relay. Once we received the date, the relay started. We received pictures for any additional work needed like plywood, stringer and facia repair. They priced the job with a fair price and stayed close to the original bid within two thousand dollars. We have since had them back this year to help us with other projects like changing one of our micro inverters for one of our solar systems. I would suggest to latch on to their roof warranty plan after your roof has been repaired. It is a wonderful maintenance plan! Chris their sales associate is honest, knows what he is talking about and follows through!

Dils installed our roof for solar panels when we did an addition to our house about 12 years ago. The solar installers had the wrong standoffs so they corrected an error in a timely manner. During the work, it rained heavily before we were water tight. Early that morning the crew called and came to inspect. There was a leak but it was from stucco work. However they wanted to take the opportunity to check their work against the elements proactively. Every couple of years we call for an inspection and repair to insure our roof is sound. We believe strongly in preventive maintenance. They work with our calendar and explain all their recommendations in detail and offer options. Were very pleased with their responsiveness, professional demeanor, and in-line prices. Ive referred them to others without hesitation.

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing our first home. We contacted Dils Roofing to come and inspect the roof knowing that the house and likely the roof are old and in need of repairs or replacement. Dils Roofing was available to quickly come out which really helped us work through our inspection contingencies on time! They gave us a thorough debrief in person after the inspection and provided a report within 24 hours! We are planning to use them in the future when the roof needs replacing and to use them soon for patching repairs.

We just bought a house and hired Dils Roofing to inspect the roof. They were very thorough and super nice when they answered our many questions regarding roof repairs, roof replacement timeline, and benefits of installing solar when our roof needs to be repaired. The inspection report was sent to us within a day and all the photos they included were super helpful! Their price for roof repairs was the best we saw and will be hiring them again to come out and seal things up for the next few years before the roof needs to be replaced. Definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs!!

A Dils team repaired our roof leak and replaced some rain-damaged wood beneath the tile over the course of a week. We hardly knew they were here except for occasional hammering. Dils price was reasonable. Viewing the repaired roof area from across the street, there is no indication they were ever here. The repaired area blends in perfectly with the original tile. Upon their departure, the team left their work area on the ground cleaner than our gardener usually does. I can whole heartedly recommend Dils to you if you need any work done regarding your roof.

Just got a new roof from Dils Roofing! The workers were at my house bright and early each day and efficiently and professionally completed the roofing.
They cleaned up around the house at the end of each day and courteously responded to our questions and inquiries. I loved the little magnetic box they used to pickup nails and screws that were on our driveway at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Dils Roofing to anyone needing a new roof!!!!

Had to have my roof replaced this year with all the rain exposing several leaks. I researched companies and sought advisement and bids from five of them. All were close in price range. While Dils was not the cheapest, I chose Dils Roofing based on their responsiveness, completeness of items covered and materials in bid, overall reviews on several rating sites on final job performance and being fairly local to me. I was not disappointed. My job was scheduled within expectations and completed quickly as scheduled. The roofers conducted themselves professionally and performed quality work. Dils also worked with me to reduce some costs by repairing vs. replacing some wood. Overall, I'm happy with results and would hire them again.
