My experience with Stain Steamer was top tier to say the least! The booking process was super easy as the representative responds quickly. I had to reschedule few days before and they were so accommodating. The professional sent to perform the service, Alex was AMAZING!
He over delivered and absolutely exceeded my expectations! I was considering buying a new couch, but Alex brought my couch back to life!!! I booked with this company based on their instagram page. Found Stain Steamer on an Instagram ad and decided to just check it out. I sent a dm and received a response immediately. They answered all my questions, sent a quote and got me booked in no time.
I got my couch and cream love seat cleaned today and I am thoroughly impressed with the outcome. You will have to give it 24 hours to fully dry but both furnitures look brand new.
Very professional and communicate well. Will definitely use them in the future and refer to family and friends.

We found stain steamer via social media and after reading all the reviews we decided to hire them to clean our couch. The whole process was seamless and very thorough. They are punctual and set the right expectations before providing the services. Alex was amazing and took his time cleaning our couch. Wow Stain Steamer just finished cleaning my couches and it came out AWESOME!! Hassan worked so hard cleaning and made my couch look and smell great. I needed this deep cleaning for a while and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use their services again. So easy to call and set up an appointment within the same week. They came all the way to Staten Island from NJ, and they were all very friendly people. Loved them!!!

Abdu was great. I had several cat piss stains and so much dust accumulated because of home renovations I was doing and he got it all out! It smells amazing and looks so white!
