My Samsung fridge stopped cooling after 7 years due to the ice build up, which is Samsungs #1 issue. I called A Fast Local refrigerator Repair because Samsung couldnt come out quickly enough. Scott from the repair shop came out the same day & came back 2 days after with parts to fix the issue. He was reliable, knowledgeable, and fair in price. Scott was able to come out the same day to repair our 22-yr old fridge. He came on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable about fridges. He spent an hour diagnosing the issue and was able to determine where the fix was needed. He ordered the part and came back the next day to install it, resulting in our fridge working again. Pricing was reasonable, this company applies its visit fee to services/repairs received. Very highly recommended (I say this after working with 4-5 fridge technicians over the past 5 years)!!

After getting the run around and last minute cancelation from my usual repair service, Scott was able to complete the repair same day which saved me from another day off work. Scott was great! He came out next day, got the issue understood and got the new component needed very quickly. This issue occurred over Memorial Day weekend so we expected delays with the holiday, and were back up and running in no time. 10/10 would recommend!!

Our 17 year old fridge gave out and our freezer and fridge was not getting cold. Called Scott at 6am and he was at our house by 11am and replaced the part needed to get our fridge up an running within an hour. He was fast and courteous and also explained the problem and we were able to hit the road for our vacation in no time. So happy it did not affect our plans. I would highly recommend. We have used Scott multiple time and highly recommend him for any of your refrigerator problems. He is responsive, efficient, clean with reasonable prices. The last time he talked us through our problem without needing to come for a service call and did not charge us for his consultation. We will alway use him for our refrigerator problems in the future.

First and foremost, Scott is AWESOME. Not only did he fix my problem (needed a new board) on frig/freezer, but another small unforseen issue had happened on a Sunday morning, Scott was out within 1-2 hours, changed the st relay NO CHARGE. VERY VERY HAPPY AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO SHARE WITH OTHERS.

Scott thoroughly examined our refrigerator and was able to quickly diagnose its problems. He explained everything clearly and got the repairs done quickly. He clearly has a lot of experience and knows his stuff. Our refrigerator hasnt worked so well in yearshe saved us from having to replace it. Unfortunately we have had to use Scott several times over the past 10 years. We bought a floor model at an outlet and have had different problems ever since. FORTUNATELY Scott provides amazing service and there has never been the same problem twice. The best part is he comes pretty much same day or next day and is very knowledgeable and thorough. We never call anyone else.

I highly recommend “A Fast Local Refrigerator Repair” for your refrigerator repair needs! My refrigerator stopped cooling yesterday and Scott was able to come out to do the repair today!!! Turned out I needed a new fan, and he even had the replacement part with him in his work vehicle! Saved me tons of money since I didn’t have to buy a whole new fridge, and he did a great job! The fridge is back to working better than before!
