Very thorough work. Convenient hrs (24 hrs) and reasonable prices. I especially like that this is family owned/operated. Tech was VERY knowledgeable. Wore shoe covers in my home. Took pictures of all areas of home which affect the ac systems such as insulation etc. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. They earned my trust.

Company has completely changed. Ive been using them over 10 years and since they have grown the customer service has no clue This is the 4th no show appointment I have had this year. I am updating my review since I had a long discussion with Scott and Joshua and they both have said these issues will be resolved. Tyler is my go to tech I always ask for him because he always does a great job and is very knowledgeable. Kyzar should however find a way to get in touch with their techs to give clients a heads up on how late someone is running so you at least know. They used to send you a picture with a gps map so you could check and have an approximate time of arrival

D. Martin was a very pleasant person who let us know when he was going to arrive and was here when he said he would be. He took his time making sure all items were assessed and completed. He presented us with some additional options but was not pushy about it and explained why each item was recommended.

My air went out at 6pm on a very hot Saturday night. Called many companies with out success until Michael at Kyzar responded. Ill be there by 11p is that ok? Yes of course. He called. At 10:30p that he was on his way. Yippie. Worked till about 12:30 making sure everything was okay which it was. Yes I will recommend them anytime!

Devon serviced my moms AC unit in Lake Worth Beach the same day I called Kyzarhe showed up within hours. These days, having a good experience with a technician isnt always guaranteed, and sometimes it can feel a bit uncomfortable when someone enters your home. That wasnt the case with Devon. He was one of the most professional techs weve had. He was respectful of our spaceputting on and removing his boot covers each time he came in or outand made sure we understood what was happening at every step.
He also took the time to check out a separate split unit and gave his honest opinion about what I should do with it next, which I really appreciated. I dont know much about HVAC, but he explained everything in clear, simple terms. That kind of patience and communication makes Devon stand outnot just as a technician, but as someone who adds value in any profession.
Its clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about treating people with kindness and respect. We felt well taken care of. Thank you, Devon!

From the moment I called, the dispatcher was friendly, professional, and got me scheduled right away. The technician was equally impressive, he was courteous, called me when he was on the way, and showed up exactly when promised.
What really stood out was how effortless they made everything. What started as a stressful AC issue became completely stress-free and seamless thanks to the team. At first my home was so hot that I felt my burn was burning but Kyzar fixed everything.
Big kudos to Bayleigh, he worked with the technician every step of the way and he made me really feel like I was getting 5 star service.

I called Kyzar about my AC problem and they came out within a manner of hours! My service tech Anthony was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I decided to get a new unit. Eric and Brian came out to do the install the very next day. They did a great job and provided a thorough explanation of the new system.

Recently, our AC stopped working; the fan blade wouldn't spin. I called Kyzar due to their stellar reviews, and they were able to send a tech to our house the same day. Gabriel was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the unit working again and performed some routine maintenance that we had neglected to schedule. When you live in south Florida, and your AC quits on you, it's cause for anxiety. The staff at Kyzar - the dispatcher, the tech, and the scheduler - are wonderful, and they took the stress out of getting my home cooled down again. I already scheduled our next maintenance appointment with them, and I highly recommend this company. These are people who take pride in what they do.

After receiving exceptional service at my own house, my cousins ac went out in Port St Lucie. I knew Kyzar was the company for the job so I did not hesitate to refer them! They went above and beyond to go out after 5 pm to get her family up and running on a Saturday night! They deserve 10 stars!
