Ive used Elite for air conditioning repairs in the past and have always had a great experience. I didnt realize they also offered plumbing services, so I called them this week to fix my grinder pump. I have been using Elit's services on advice from my contractor and they've never disappointed! I have been on their hvac maintenance plan for over 5 years and they've made several fixes during that time to my old a/cs (plugged drain in attic, condenser replace, install thermostat, fan motor) and they've always done a great job making it sound like it was easy as pie. Elite literally LOWERS your blood pressure instead of raising it while dealing with them.
Recently, Landon came out and fixed some plumbing issues like it was the easiest thing for him and he was so easy to understand what the problem was, he was so helpful. As well, Calvin also did a great fast job of diagnosing a broken fan motor and immediately submitted several price options without my even having to ask for them.
The office, reception and technicians are the best, performing above and beyond. You can't go wrong with Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing!

Our air conditioner went out during one of those weeks in Texas where the temperature hovered around 100 degrees. When we called Elite, and they fit us in as an emergency service visit in their very busy schedule. Their service technician came out that day and diagnosed and fixed a complex problem with the unit quickly. He was professional, nice and very competent. We had Miguel work on some of our WSHP's this week and he did an exceptional job in making sure he found a solution to main root cause of the issues we were having.
He went above and beyond to figure out what needed to be done with our units, and didnt stop working until it was figured out, his communication on what work was being done and what needed to be done was also top notch.
I definitely would recommend Elite for all your air conditioning and plumbing needs, everyone on this team is great to work with and they do a great job of keeping you in loop of the scope of work that is being done.

We called for an estimate which was delivered quickly. They did the job 2 days later as I requested. Our HVAC system was difficult because of the location and they made it work in the time they said it would take. I can't say enough about how hard everyone worked to get the job done. I was in the movies with my 3 year old when we get an emergency notification from Austin Utilities that we had a major water leak. 10,000 gallons is a lot. I stepped out, called a buddy, got a referral to Elite and requested after hours service. Dakota met me at about 8:00 PM on Sunday and we diagnosed, dug up the leaking pipe and resolved in a few hours. Incredible service, incredible communication, incredible results. Ask for Dakota! He rocks!

I called Elite when we couldnt get our heater to work and they had a technician out the same day. Sasha was friendly and did a great job troubleshooting the issue, determining that the part was still under warranty, and quoting an accurate price. They showed up on time and did the job quickly. Got our heater working just in time for the freeze! Will definitely use them again when needed.

I contacted Elite Air to replace another company. The difference was immediate, the technician was very nice and thorough in mapping our commercial system for maintenance contract. This way I do not have to "guide" every new technician.
