Leo came out same day to replace my lost car keys. He was able to make a new one with a remote in 15 mins. He also recut the key I had made the day prior by a different locksmith company, which was not working properly, so now I have a spare! I couldnt be happier with the service provided.

Amazing service! I lost my car key fob while on vacation in Mexico. While in the Cancun airport I called Locksmith Philly and explained the situation. My car was parked at a hotel near the airport and our flight wouldn't be in until late. He told me not to worry and it would be done and he would leave the key with the desk. I gave him my car information to verify. He sent me a video of the key fob working in my car and I was able to venmo payment. This turned a really stressful situation around. I highly recommend!

I used Locksmith Philly for the first time today and to say that I am happy with the service is an understatement. I "misplaced" my car key fob and didn't have a spare set. Leo arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call and was very courteous. His work was quick and efficient. Unlocking my vehicle and cutting a new key along with programming a new fob all in all only took about 20 minutes. His pricing was a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for the same services. I will continue to use his business for locksmith services in the future and highly recommend him to family and friends.

Made a Copy of My car key LITTERALLY under 15 minutes!! I was Like that's it? Wow! Haha, If you're Nervous that you might lose, Misplace, or just need a Spare key hanging around for Not just your Car Key, But ANY key? This is one hell of a place that does it right! I bought a home in Philly needing lock services before I even arrive. Leo was there in a flash, let himself in, inspected two locks/door handles both to the exterior, said he could have them repaired in a day. And he did! He sent me a video, charged a very fair price for such a short notice, and I know I will be delighted and thankful when I arrive in a few weeks time! Awesome customer service. Showed up last week for a simple key duplication and saw the shop was temporarily closed due to being on a service call. Luckily, an employee was still sitting in one of their vehicles and saw me looking confused at the sign in the window. He asked me if I needed help and ran in to make me two copies of my key before leaving for his service call. Super nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my key needs in the future (much better than dealing with the Big Box stores). Thank you so much again for your help that day. They'll come to you at no extra charge. They were very fair on the pricing and are much cheaper than the dealer for keys. I bought two remote keys on the internet and both were no good - these guys cut me a break on new keys and programming so the pain wasn't too bad.

Had to meet up with one of these guys for a friend because he broke the FOB on his key. Never really dealt with a locksmith before, but he made it super easy. Really laid back guy, the service was phenomenal, and his accent was awesome. The key making was at a very decent price and didn't take long at all. These guys are the real deal! Customer service is the Best!! We have a very unusual lock and unusually long keys. We have had keys made from everywhere for our house and they just spin and spin in the door. Leo came to our house to take a look and manually filed down a key to the correct size so it would work in our lock. He came quickly and was extremely helpful! 5 stars!

Leo was very nice and personable. I got locked out of my house because of a bad lock. He was quick with showing up and getting everything fixed. He was also thorough in answering any and all questions (which my mom had plenty of). I would definitely recommend.
