I had no experience with metal building construction.
The job site is 4 hours from my house my work schedule kept me from traveling up for a face to face.
I purchased a General Steel 30x46 workshop kit for a great price. However, I had difficulty finding a builder that could handle all the missing pieces like placement, dirt work, and concrete since there were several challenges and the delivery window and timing was tight.
I explained to Scott what I was looking for in building placement, driveway and sidewalks.
He dialed in a perfect solution on all accounts with maximum utility and best cost for concrete plan. Scotts experience and work ethic, reflected by his team, were critical to finishing the workshop on schedule and on budget despite some delays on parts from General Steel. My neighbors gave me comments on how fast and efficient Scotts team operated.
I highly recommend Scott and team and plan to use him in the future. The only change I would make is to start new projects with Scott from concept and planning stages of project before buying a building.
Many thanks to Scott and Team for the great addition to my retirement house.

I had a great experience with Texas Metals and Contracting. The communication was excellent as we planned the work and selected a window for workers to be on-site. TM&C erected a 40 x 60 metal building with a 20 x 60 lean too on the outside for equipment storage. Their 3 man team took about 8 days to do the work and it was first rate! Very professional and very considerate of how I wanted the building to be finished.

I have never been sooo pleased with a building company. In fact they deserve 10 stars!! This has been the most pleasant experience with their very knowledgeable builders. They are very meticulous on every detail making sure We are completely happy. Honestly we have never worked with such a great group and we are so excited about our building. I recommend Texas Metals and Contracting for all your needs, if you want someone that is completely HONEST and very RELIABLE which is very hard to find these days give them a call for your next building, they will be happy to help you out. I cant wait to post pics when our building is done. They are building us a fabulous house and I guarantee it will be awsome! More and more people are going with metal homes bc very low maintenance and they can do anything you want. VERY VERY HAPPY and looking forward to posting our beautiful home! +++++. Thank you Scott and crew, you guys are so honest AND I have to say again I am so very happy and recommend them HIGHLY, and thats hard to say these days!!

Scott and his team were phenominal! From our initial discussions about my plans for a stable/workshop to the finished product, Scott was there every step of the way. He recommended design modifications to work better for what I wanted to build. He was also flexible with a few changes I had a long the way. In the end, I got the barn I always wanted!
I really appreciate all the wonderful folks that worked on the barn. Every specialist that worked on the barn was exceptional. Nice folks that worked hard to do their part. I could not be more pleased.
