Umbrella Roofing recently replaced my parents’ roof, and they were fantastic from start to finish. During the consultation, they explained the process in detail, walked me through the materials, and even showed proof of their license and insurance. I also got the sense they really value their workers, which says a lot about a company. On installation day, the crew showed up early, got right to work, and finished everything by around 3 p.m. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up completely, and took all their trash with them. Communication was great the entire time, and they even sent before-and-after photos so I could see the transformation. Ed (the owner) stopped by toward the end of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient 💯 I would definitely would recommend.

We contacted Umbrella Roofing after enduring over four months of chaos caused by a leaking roof deck directly above our kitchen. Our ordeal began in March 2025, when we hired a different roofing contractor—not affiliated with Umbrella Roofing—whom we thought could quickly address the issue. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a nightmare. The workmanship from the previous company was extremely poor and ultimately made the leak worse. Despite returning four times, they only performed temporary patch jobs, and we were forced to request a full refund.
During that time, our kitchen was left exposed and unusable—cabinets were removed, and the ceiling and walls had to be opened up for drying. We lived in constant fear that each rainstorm would cause more damage.
That’s when we found Umbrella Roofing.
I was incredibly hesitant at first, still shaken by our last experience. But from the very first phone call with Jessica, I felt a difference. Mike came out to assess the property and provide an estimate, and then Melvin, our project manager, led the project with care and diligence. Rocky ensured every detail of the work was executed to perfection. Communication was stellar at every stage.
They were incredibly thorough—conducting multiple water tests to ensure the problem was fully resolved, not just temporarily patched. They also educated us along the way, showing photos and videos so we could truly understand the scope and solution.
This was not an easy job. The Umbrella Roofing team uncovered several points of water entry beyond just the roof, but they remained persistent, detail-oriented, and never rushed the process.

My most recent project was roof/vinyl siding installation. Ed, Melvin, Scott and the others were a pleasure to work with, but I want to give a special thanks to Ed for taking the time to walk me through the whole process and answering all of my questions. I casually mentioned to Ed that I was hoping to have the siding done by Memorial Day, not thinking it would happen, but because Ed Is next level, he worked all day on the fri before the holiday to get it done and my house looks amazing! Umbrella Roof did the roofing and siding on our new house and we are very pleased. We were impressed from the beginning with their office staff who were super friendly and accommodating and had the sales rep Ed meet us on the weekend when we’re off work. He went over everything and I learned more about roofing than I ever really thought I could possibly know but I am so glad I did! The install was also clear and I had a supervisor (Melvin) going over details with me the entire time and showing me photos and went over everything and made sure it was all cleaned up. Highly recommend Umbrella roofing! We had our whole house roof replaced and found a mold problem in the process. Umbrella roofing had clear communication about the issues and helped remediate the concerns. The Forman, Melvin, clearly explained the new venting system to us and truly it was amazing to see their team work of 5+ guys work 12 hours into the dusk to complete the job after running into an inspected problem. We got several quotes and Umbrella was the most reasonable. The clean up was also well done. Professional team and workmanship.

I met with two 5 star rated Google background-checked companys. I chose Umbrella because the salesperson / manager spent a good half hour discussing the problems I was having on my roof. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable which is important to me when I am hiring someone They promptly sent me a detailed contract. The work and workers were top notch professionals and it was a perfect job of residing the rear second floor of my house. I'm extremely satisfied with the work and the ease of communicating with the main office. I definitely would use them again for any roofing or siding needs

Great experience. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I spoke to Scott, he showed me footage of my roof via a drone and offered me several options to choose from based on my roofs needs and condition. The crew arrived on time and the work was done and cleaned up in a couple of hours. The supervisor did the final inspection and I must say I'm very satisfied.
