Through the years we've moved several times. We've remodeled six homes and built a new home. Of all the contractors and trades people we have worked with over the last 40 years, this has been the easiest remodel ever!
We met Loren of Urban Kitchen at the January Home and Garden Show. Our remodel consisted of a total tear-down and rebuilding of our kitchen, expanding the entrance and adding cabinets in our dining room, adding shelving and lights to our sweeper/cleaning supply closet, and resurfacing the floor of kitchen, hallway, closet, laundry room and half bath. Loren provided us with drawings, samples, a variety of product choices, and style options. At no time was there any high-pressure tactics, and our selection pros and cons were thoroughly discussed. Urban Kitchens provided us custom cabinets, Cambria countertops and back-splash, floor tile along with seasoned carpenters, drywallers, electrical, plumbing, tile, countertop and backsplash installers. The trades were impressive in their workmanship, respectful of our space, and totally cleaned up every working day.
Every project has glitches and issues that crop up during the process. Loren and his crew always had a resolution to ensure the completed project exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our "new" space and would highly recommend Urban Kitchen. Loren is a very skilled professional and he actually made our project enjoyable.
