Jose is the owner and is very involved to make sure we had the best outcome. His employees were clean, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job installing my high efficiency furnace and 3 ton air conditioner. He also replaced my plenum and ducts. My floors are wood and my walls are light, not one mark on either. His employees very respectful. They also installed a Wi-Fi thermostat that is amazing. The whole system was installed in one day and it works absolutely excellent.
We interviewed 3 other companies and select Shalom. I would highly recommend Shalom Heating and Air. They did over and above my expectations.
I have referred 5 people to Shalom and all 5 have had them put in Heating and air conditioning. All 5 families and friends have been overjoyed with this company.

Before choosing a company to install our AC in our new home, we reached out to more than five different businesses. After speaking with Orlando, it was clear Shalom was the best choice. I really valued that theyre family-owned, and from the very beginning, Orlando was reliable, accommodating, and honest.
He always worked around my busy schedule and took the time to answer every question, big or small. He listened to our needs, respected our budget, and never pushed unnecessary upgrades. Instead, he explained the pros and cons of each option so we felt informed and confident in every decision. You can tell from the way he talks about HVAC that hes truly passionate about his work.
We had a condenser and heat pump installed, along with removal of the furnace and a brand new duct system. The crew did an excellent job (so professional that even our neighbors noticed). Everything was completed in just two days, and they left our home spotless.

Max from Shalom came out for service as I noticed the unit was clicking prior to ignighting. He found that my new roof installation pushed a vent to leak on the heating unit. I have used the services of Shalom heating and air Co for many years and for both heater and air conditioning issues. Jose and his crew of technicians are really excellent and they respond in a very timely & consistent manner whenever I need them. They maintenance my air conditioner every 1-2 years and keep it running well. They replaced my heater and AC furnace recently for a very good price. I have a Home Protection Plan so when my heater no long worked, I contacted my Home Warranty company and they sent out Shalom heating and Air. I had never used them. I must say from start to finish they were TOP notch! City inspector came out today to check work to pass permit and Orlando from Shalom was here for them! The city inspector made a comment out the door that NO COMPANY ever is there during final inspection and he was impressed with this company as well, saying it made it easy to have any questions answered! Best service and value I have ever received!
Orlando assisted me from start to finish on what I could expect on this massive upgrade to my home.
We decided to hire Shalom to install new AC and heater units. It was no easy feat either as I own a 3 level home. Shalom made it look easy with their incredible hard work and efficiency. A 5 man crew worked this job and it was completed in under 1.5 days. Each member was professional, friendly, and efficient. They even went above and beyond and pained the electrical stainless steel panel so that it matched my exterior wall. The quality of the equipment is outstanding and I just love my new a Google thermostat. If you want a done right and done with quality, I strongly recommend that you use Shalom!

The installers did an excellent job and respected my property and made sure everything was clean at the end of the day They worked hard to complete the project on time and the end result was an amazing price, seamless installation, new vents, air conditioner, and heater.

Years ago I had issues with my window air conditioner unit. I called them to come out to fix it not knowing the only deal with main air conditioning units. The gentleman was still patient and it was an easy fix and he fixed it for me for free. I told him if I ever got ac in my house I would call them. Fast forward to a few days ago when I had my home ac unit installed. The crew was great, cleaned up behind themselves and super nice. Highly recommend and great company to use for your air conditioning.

I just had an AC and furnace installed by Shalom Heating and Air conditioning. After several quotes I chose Shalom. Mr. Nolasco is an honest, considerate, and kind-hearted man. His price is fair, reasonable and affordable. Maxie gave a no pressure free-estimate. He was patient and great. The workers are respectful, friendly, and professional. I called to make an appointment for a free estimate and they were able to come out the next day. I met with owner Jose and he gave me a few options for my home which has never had air conditioning before. This was my 3rd bid and it was a good price compared to the other quotes i got from the costco and homedepot contractors. I decided to move forward with Shalom becuase Jose gave me the information i was seeking along with the best options for my home.I decided go with a 16 seer American Standard air conditioner. The workers arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They put down tarps to protect my wood floors which i appreciated vary much. The work was completed and Im vary impressed. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend Shalom to anyone looking for quality work and a great price.

I cant say how greatful i am to Shalom for coming out and repairing my unit. I had called on a Saturday afternoon and he came out monday morning. Jose explained that a capacitor had gone out and that it was a simple repair.He had the part on his truck. 1 hour later and my unit was up and running again. Thank you I will be using Shalom again.
