Have leak in water line between meter and our house. They came right out and after several hours found the leak. Also gave us a bid for the repair which they can do in a couple days. Nice guys, good value, great to work with!
Update - two days later they fixed it! The leak was right where they thought, they fixed the pipe, and patched our driveway with a minimum of disruption. We werent there, but all went smoothly. Even sent us good photos of the work done. Couldnt be happier!

We had our new toilet installed today after getting our clogged sewer drain unclogged. I recently had a leak from my backyard water spout that I couldnt repair myself, was getting worse as the days passed, and with winter approaching, I didnt want to risk a temporary fix. After reading many reviews, I decided to call Trusted Plumbing and Heating and Im so glad I did.
Johnathan and Brandon came out to do the repair, and they were both fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how they shared their knowledge and explained things clearly.
The work they completed was absolutely perfect. On top of that, they were very respectful of my home, both inside and out, and made sure everything was left neat and clean.

My tankless water heater caught on fire at 11:30, and Grant was out within 30 minutes and had replaced the entire system by 5:30 that same day which was a great relief as we had expected to be without hot water for a minimum of a day or two, potentially longer.

Jim was great!! He took a very challenging clog in our kitchen and was persistent enough to get it out. He also expertly steered away from what another plumber had recommended which would have made a huge mess in hindsight. To top it off, we now have another drain clean out installed to make future clean outs easier. Really great work and professional.

Trusted plumbing and heating is the absolute best!! We called them out around the holidays for what we thought was a minor fix. They came out same day and did a sewer scope. Turns out all of our concrete pipes were collapsed! Jim sent out his team to temporarily fix the problem for the holidays and within 1 week they came out and completely replaced all of our old concrete pipes! They are quick, efficient and so kind and caring! Forever grateful we found them. Will recommend over and over again!! Thanks guys!!

2. Aaron was really patient is listening to the issue and ultimately was able to find the root cause of the ceiling leak I was having. Soft spoken and always had a smile.
