Oh my goodness, I have never written a review online before, but I was compelled to because our experience was so good! I was a customer who asked so many questions, for two weeks, and Carter was awesome - he did not try to upsell, and was very direct and matter-of-fact. I cannot be happier with the service. They showed up when they said they would show up, and they did exactly what they said they would do! Thankfully, I wont have to replace this tankless water heater system for several years, but I will absolutely call water heater solutions for any of our plumbing or air conditioning needs.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that would drain super slowly and Andrew Rambo from Wish Granted Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing the issue and for a great price too. Also, He answered any questions and concerns that I had and explained to me what the problem was and how it would be fixed. The sink has been working perfectly since the repair. It is clear to me why Wish Granted Plumbing is described by other reviews as being professional, both in skill and communication, as well as being cost effective.

Rambo and his company, Wish Granted Plumbing, Air and Electrical Services, did an amazing job. He has helped us with various issues such as plumbing issues in both bathrooms, replaced both toilets which were old and not functioning properly any longer, and also helped when the water heater leaked. In the last instance, we needed to do remediation in the walls around the water heater and instead of just disconnecting the water heater, he went out and got extenders for all the connections and safely and professionally set up the water heater a few feet away from the wall so that we didnt lose the use of hot water during the remediation process. Once the remediation was done, he came back and set the water heater up where it belongs. He leaves a clean work area and is a very knowledgeable, kind and helpful professional!

We needed to clear a blocked laundry sink, and an online search turned up this business which seems to be new-ish. I saw that the owner Drew acknowledged a critical review and tried to make it right, and I respect that, plus they were the fastest to answer my messages.
They sent Arthur and his partner (sorry sir, I don't remember his name, but both plumbers were awesome), and they snaked the drain and cleared it up almost as fast as The Flash. Now the washing machine can be used without bucketing the water away, and as a bonus, the kitchen drain is performing a lot better. Thank you!

Had an issue with my kitchen sink, Drew and the team at wish granted got out the same day to check it out, merge the two sides of the sink (old setup) and cleared the pipes quickly providing video footage of what would be the next steps for a long term solution because we have old pipes. Can't say enough good things about them, excellent service, value and very timely.

Great service. Tankless Water heater went out on Saturday night. Repair tech came out on a Sunday and figured out the issues with our old tankless system. Came back Monday morning and had new tankless installed by 11am. Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Arthur went over pros and cons of each option and helped me man informed decision. Arthur was able to install a tankless gas water heater and also replaced an old inoperable water conditioner. Arthur Rambo did a very professional installation. All pipes square and straight. From the first to the last minute he is open to explain all what he is doing and he also asked which option we prefer when there are different ways. On top of that he corrected a bad connection to the gas meter that was done in the past by someone else. We met yesterday morning and today we have our new tankless water heater installed and functioning. Thank you Arthur.

I was looking for a replacement 40 gal gas water heater, meet Drew from the company through a Navien tankless website authorized referral.
Drew presented me with my options, not pressuring me in any one direction. Gave me an introduction to Bradford Whites heat pump water heater, something I knew nothing about. After our meeting and some "Google" research, we decided on the heat pump water heater. The best place to locate it was from a hallway closet to the garage. During our conversation, I expressed my desire to install an electrical subpanel and Drew's company offers licensed electrician services.
Long story longer, they installed the heater relocating it into the garage with a subpanel and a recirculation pump. Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Did a great job and did a thorough clean up afterwards . Highly recommend this company.

10/5 stars! Carter was amazing. I had an issue with a tankless water heater installed by someone else that had a leak in the unit. They were able to get a new one under warranty and install it the same day! While waiting for the warranty approval from the manufacturer, Carter had a solution for a problem that had been on my to-do list for years and got everything installed. Drew drove to pick up the new unit late afternoon so Carter could install it tonight so I didnt have to go another day with no hot water. Simply the best service I have received for anything in a long time and I cant recommend them enough. Thank you, Carter and Drew!
