We had a water leak from 2nd floor bathroom that got all the way to first floor. We called Flood Dry and Konstantine responded quickly and came that night to check the issue and explained the procedure, the fix and how to it all works with insurance. He and his team came quick the next day and dried the area of leak and referred us to a pumbling company to fix the leak. We were able to get this issue fixed real quick and was able to get back to our life. I recommend Flood Dry company

We had a pipe develop a pin hole leak in the crawlspace under the house. It damaged a section of the flooring in our master bedroom and closet. The plumber who fixed the problem recommended this company for the drying portion of the job. Im glad I went with this company
Konstantin, the owner/project manager is excellent at communication (which is so important in matters like this). Within 2 hours of my phone call, he came out to the house late evening, assessed the situation and explained the whole process to us. After speaking with him, we felt confidence in his expertise and called him back 30 mins later to confirm that we would like to move ahead with his services
He sent out 2 men the next day and they set up their equipment and protective tents. The men left the place very clean and the tents really helped keep the machinery enclosed and avoid any trip hazards. Konstantin checked on the progress after 3 days personally. We wanted some fans in the crawlspace as well and he was accommodative of our request and set those up the following day.
He also handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and secured the payment. All I had to do is provide the claim number.
Overall Ive had a great experience with this company and if ever we run into a water damage problem again, I would not hesitate to work with this company. (Ive used the more common ServPro company before, but the experience tends to be iffy based on who you talk to). With FloodDry there is always one person and it was a much smoother experience overall.

When we had a water damage at our house from laundry room leak, it was hard to navigate being first time homeowner. Konstantin guided and helped us through the entire process including dealing with insurance. He was also present when adjuster visited our home for inspection. His crew was very professional and respectful of our house. His crew left our house clean after the mitigation. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

We have a flood on the ceiling and carpet floor. Konstantin response in 1 hour to the job site. Clearly explained the procedures and what we should expect. The crew Kirill and another member came in the next day opening the ceiling and set up the machines in 3 hours. They covered the work area. No dust, no trash. They did a neat and wonderful job. They took the trash, cleaned the floor and hallway when they left. Konstantin came back to inspect the moisture level after 3 days. The crew came back to take off the drying machines today. Again, they cleaned up before they left. Job is well-done. We are very happy with satisfaction! Definitely give them 5 stars.

I contacted FloodDry when half my house was flooded and needed drying. They arrived to assess the damage in under two hours and gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be done. They connected with the insurance company and had the project underway the next day. Kirill was an excellent project manager. He gave great timeline and project updates and took good care of our house and home goods. There was excellent communication about arrival and end times each day. We had an exceptional experience with FloodDRY after initially dealing with a plumbing company that misdiagnosed the situation, overestimated the extent of the water damage, and quoted us an exorbitant price. Thankfully, we decided to seek a second opinion and brought in FloodDRY. Konstantin went above and beyond to diagnose the problem correctly. When he first used a standard probe, it indicated that the entire house had water damage--similar to what the previous company claimed. However, instead of rushing to conclusions, Konstantin took the time to investigate further. He spent the entire day at our home, carefully assessing the situation. Eventually, he realized that the probe was giving inaccurate readings due to the special material in our walls. Using a more accurate penetrative probe, he was able to pinpoint the actual areas affected by water damage. Konstantin, along with Alex, Kirill, Archie, and the rest of the FloodDRY team, worked diligently throughout the process. They were professional, polite, and courteous, ensuring that every aspect of the job was handled with care. Additionally, Konstantin worked with our homeowners insurance to secure a fair payout. We returned from a week long vacation to find our kitchen ceiling soaked and broken off in chunks, and the kitchen floor laminate soaked and puffed up. When we checked upstairs to find the source of the leak, we saw that a faulty valve in the bathroom was dripping water onto the bathroom floor and the water managed to seep down to the next level. I reached out to 3-4 different water damage repair companies right away - this was around 10 PM on the Saturday night right after Christmas and hence I had very little hope that anyone would get back to be before Monday morning. Contrary to expectation, I heard back from Konstantin within minutes of reaching out; we discussed details of the issue and Konstantin scheduled a visit for the very next morning and arrived at the committed time. Following this, our experience with Kirill and the rest of the FloodDry team was also nothing but positive. They stuck to the promised timelines, worked very professionally and were super courteous, and neatly wrapped everything up when done. Konstantin also helped us manage the process with the insurance company. Overall a very positive experience - Id highly recommend working with the FloodDry team for any water damage related issues.

On July 15th I had a toilet supply line break when I was not home. I got home to find the upstairs and downstairs completely flooded. I'm The type that likes to fix things myself. So I got my Shop-Vac out and quickly realized that I was in over my head.
So I got on the phone and called a few companies which couldn't come out for days or weeks. Finally calling flood dry. Konstantin was at my house within an hour and had a crew out there that night cleaning up the mess. They then mitigated all the water damage in a very professional way, being very careful with my personal belongings, wrapping them in bubble wrap and storing them elsewhere in the house. They also dealt with the insurance company. Since then I've had some workers that were less than professional which really makes me appreciate the way flood dry handled it. Highly recommended if you ever have this type of problem!

My shower overflowed at 9pm and i tried calling multiple different companies and floodDry was the only one willing to come out at that time. They did an efficient job, in about an hour they took all the water out of my bathroom, took out the flooring and set their equipment to dry. Overall they did a very good job.
