Had Charlie come to my house and was able to figure out problem with my tv was not electrical or circuit related but cable box was the issue. Also needed smart smoke detector replaced as well. Be sure if you have electrician come out that you have the right kind of detector. I had purchased one that was hard wired thinking it was the same as my other detectors but the one that needed replacing was not a hard wired detector. I opted to have him go and purchase the correct one which was an extra charge for me. I would recommend having both kinds of detectors on hand if you are not sure. If they purchase for you they charge a 40% mark up on the item which is a little steep.

My experience with Steve and Charlie has been great so far. Unlike other companies that came out, Steve looked critically at the job and connected various dots for me. Charlie is a very friendly and pleasant person who works hard and seems to manage his time well. Even running into several unforeseen issues, he got the job done on time so that the final cost was nearly the same as the bid.
