Joshua came on time and was very friendly and professional . I was so impressed with him and if I needed another service would like to see him be the technician . Josh Taylor and Marcus Grier did a fantastic job. They had to spend a day crawling around my crawl space replacing the main sewer pipe and several 2 inch lines that feed into that main line. Even though It was hard work and involved sewage, they tackled the project with skill and without complaint. What a great experience!
Everything is functioning as it should thanks to Josh and Marcus.
The price was very fair too.

Before the appointment, the company sent a text message with photos showing which technicians would be coming. It was very reassuring and showed that they truly care about customers safety and communication.
Our water heater is located in the attic, and the access is quite narrow, so we were worried about how the replacement would go. But Marcus and Joshua were very professional and handled everything carefully and efficiently without any problems.
The installation was done neatly, the hot water works perfectly, and were very satisfied with the result.
They were also kind and patient in answering all of our questions, and after finishing the work, they sent detailed photos of the new water heater by email, which was a really nice touch.
Their attention to detail and professionalism truly stood out, and Ill definitely recommend this company especially Marcus and Joshua to my friends and neighbors!

We just moved to Charlotte and are getting our our house ready for move in. One of the known issues with the house is that it was built with polybutylene pipe. I reached out for an inspection and Plumbing Paramedics quickly responded. A couple of days later Marcus came to the house and did a thorough inspection. He then produced a detailed bid for replumbing our house and installing a new water supply line from the street. The attention to detail in the bid and in his communication with me instilled confidence.

Tech was nice! Showed problem and was provided a price! Agreed to work. After work started was told going to be a little more! I said a little is ok, but was not happy. It was more than double the price. That is not a little. I had even canceled a third estimate because the price was good! The work done on that visit! Straps were not used, but thin wire wrapped in loops!

Plumbing paramedics sent out Perry the day I called! I called about 5 other places beforehand and no one would take on this old houses plumbing. Whether or not it was a no call / no show or they had several weeks wait. But they sent out Perry and he was freaking amazing!!! Immediately got to work and crawled in under the crawl. He was so kind and genuine. Took the time to explain what he was saying and went above and beyond!!! I highly recommend Plumbing Paramedics and I highly recommend Perry!!!

They repaired a leak in the main water line in my front yard between the meter and the house. They showed up Monday morning right on time and in just a few hours completed the job perfectly. Josh worked intensely the entire time hand digging the whole project and making sure it was right. Arrived in a professional and pleasant demeanor and kept it the entire time he was here and answered all the questions we had about the job. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Marcus was truly exceptional. We had an issue with low water pressure and lack of hot water on a home we just purchased. Marcus diagnosed the issue with the water pressure after walking the lot, the inside of the home, and doing multiple tests to determine where the problem was. He also looked at the water heater which wasn't yet failing but was quite old and was due for replacement. He explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. We received a very fair quote for the work to be done, it was scheduled easily, and the work was completed on time, with care, and they cleaned up well afterward. Everything was tested to make sure it was working properly and now a few weeks later, we are still so grateful we chose Plumbing Paramedics for this work. Thank you!
