Joseph and his helper removed and replaced the water valves behind the washer in my laundry room. He also fixed kink in 1/2 soft copper line for the dryer and ran a new line copper line. He also replaced the cartridge in the kitchen faucet with a customer supplied cartridge. Very knowledgeable and professional and kept me posted on what he was doing.

Their customer service is first-class, they answer the phone and show up when they promise, employ friendly professionals who do excellent work, and don't charge ridiculous prices. Great service from Phillip. He call first thing in the morning and gave me an accurate ETA. I got a reasonable quote and the work was completed the same day. The use of state of the art equipment quickly pinpointed the location of the sewer problems. I highly recommend them!

This is second time we used Open water and are again pleased with the service. Logan did a great job and so glad he could cut hole in wall in closet where not as visible. We have not yet used the tub/shower. We will use it soon, but not expecting any issues. Thank you.

Great service. Owner responded very quickly and gave me full explanation of the issue and how it could be fixed. I couldnt be present during this repair but Jacek sent me clear pictures before and after work was done. Its the second time I used Open Water Plumbing . I cannot say enough good things about Open Water! Jack and crew are the best! We have used them many time over the years; most recently they did some extensive repairs when a large root damaged our main water line. Also great service from CJ on a toilet line issue this week. Philip fixed a disconnected pipe. It was a tricky fix and ended up saving us over $400. These are good people. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jack and his assistant Christo did an excellent job. They removed the blockage in the sewer pipe and ensured the issue was fully resolved. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or drainage issues. They also take the time to explain the best options and what would work well for your situation.

Jack and CJ came to fix a toilet leak and plumbed for a shower upgrade. they were very thorough with explaining what they were doing and how the problem would be fixed. The job was done same day and the price was competitive. I would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
