Tobias was very knowledgeable. He was very polite and courteous. I showed him the access to the sink drain in the basement, he stated that it was just the kitchen sink clogged. He brought in his machine from the truck and was finished within 20 minutes. I am very thankful that it is done and my kitchen sink is draining. I just thought $300 was a little high for 25 minutes.

Plumbing Paramedics did a great job replacing our old water heater. I called in the morning and the plumber was out that afternoon. He was able to get a new water heater installed that same day. No one tried to upsell us. He was very professional, and the price was fair. Our basement steps are steep and narrow with a turn near the bottom, so he wasn't able to get the old tank out by himself. We set up a time for him to come back the next day with another guy. They were there right on time, and had the old one out in just a few minutes. No one ever looks forward to having to call a plumber, but Plumbing Paramedics made the process as quick, smooth, and painless as possible.

Plumbing Paramedics responded right away and had good reviews. They were able to come out in a few days time for a non emergent leak. Austin was our technician. He had a great attitude. Checked out all kinds of things, fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. Everything was like new when he left. Austin and his team were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they worked tirelessly to diagnose and address a very stubborn plumbing issue at my property. They didnt give up when the job got tough and instead, they methodically worked through every possibility until they found the source of the problem. Not only did they clear the immediate issue, but they also took the time to identify and explain a larger underlying problem with the line so that I know how to prevent future issues.
They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough the entire time. I truly appreciated their patience in walking me through what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what the next steps should be. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows.
I would not hesitate to recommend Austin and his team to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy plumbers.

Did amazing work on my sump pump system. Replacement with new pump, backup and battery backup and pipe modification. Got down in the crawl space in the morning, had parts and replacements on hand, completed work later on same day when everything was gathered up. Not only that but a couple weeks later when down in the crawlspace had a stupid question and called them on a Sunday and happily came out the next day free of charge to answer a couple questions about a set up. Price was reasonable when considered complete replacement and a few hours of labor.
Very much recommend them moving forward. Also respectful of your property to ensure cleanliness regardless of you minding or not. In my case since they were going to be down in a 60 year old crawl space I *expected* dirt and mud but they kept it all clean.

The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I am very greatful for their honesty, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge of what a home needs. Michelle was also very caring and understanding when I called. She listened to everything I had to explain without ever once making me feel rushed or cutting me off. That is definitely a win win in my book as customer service these days had gone down the drain. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks guys for everything, it will be wonderful to have your amazing softener hard at work making our water soft again!

called Saturday evening because we didn't have any hot water. they were out in a couple of hours and fixed the problem. we have used this company before and, just like paramedics, they arrived pronto. Nice guys, too
